Absolutely insane the disrespectful staff was mad because I asked them to remake 2 of my ice creams. That had been sitting in the window for 10 minutes. When I turn3d over my blizzard it literally fell out, but now you're mad because I wanted frozen ice cream. I had to inside just to get my order remade. I'm always at dq for ice cream but will never be back here. I don't suggest you eat at this one either. Absolutely disgusted. Need a health inspector asap because the icream is not frozen.

ordered two blizzards and a meal from this location and on the way home, my fiance was eating his blizzard and almost broke his tooth on a bead that was in his blizzard. tried to call, nobody answered.

Second time coming to this location with terrible experience. The first time, the blizzard was melted. I also watched the employee and manager use dirty hands so I asked for a refund. They don’t wash their hands nor use gloves when handling food. Maybe this needs to be reported to the health department. Today, the drive thru girl touched the Icecream on the sliding window so I asked her if they can make another. All they did was scrape off the top and give it back to me. There was evidence on the rim of the cup and side. Also it wasn’t filled to capacity. So when I asked for another she went to the back and sent someone who asked me for the second Ice cream cup back. I told her no, I’ll exchange it when they make a fresh one. Given I didn’t trust her and the sloppy appearance of her, the other girl and the manager, I asked for a refund. Be careful. They don’t appear to have sanitary and ethical practices here.

Got steak finger basket.... Steak fingers/gravy were good... The French fries were soggy/cold....Please stop making French fries ahead of time.... No one likes soggy cold fries

Quick dinner to avoid cooking. DQ had a special on the chicken finger basket. Food was ok and the cashier was ok. The only negative was that I ordered two specials but one with extra crispy fries. The same cashier, who took the crispy order, brought the food out and announced that the fries were both the same. Guess he didn't understand what extra crispy means.

I ordered 3 chicken tender baskets and the chicken was bad. I ordered the 4 piece for each order I believe and I received like 6-8 tiny pieces on each basket which consisted mostly of breading that was tough to each. Fries were good and gravy was good as usual but the main part of the meal was just bad.

I did a to go order & the food was good no complaints about that but I didn't receive any taco sauce for my tacos & I ordered a burger for my kid which I specifically told them no veggies only mayo & of course it came fully loaded. ??♂️
