March 2nd 2024 - brand new dunkin ..awful. Save your money and go to the dunkin on fry rd like 4 miles away, way better. This one on the feeder rd. Disgusting. Donuts tasted like they were a day old minimum. Coffee tasted old and burnt. Management clearly sucks. Dunkin corporate needs to read these reviews and clean house at that dunkin

They have a lot to fix. Every time I get an iced coffee, it is so watered down it taste like I’m drinking water with sugar in it. The donuts that I order are never fresh and taste/feel like they’re a few days old. At this point making the extra 7 minute drive to Fry road would be better for your pocket than coming to this location.Unfortunately, I’ve gone to this Dunkin several times and each time I’m hoping they’ve fixed these problems but they don’t, perhaps they’re unaware. Hopefully this review will shine light on these problems.

The customer service is alright but I come often and got a stale donut today and for the FIFTH time no napkins with my order. I'm tired of driving away and realizing they gave me a breakfast sandwich or donut and not one napkin. I have not experienced this with other dunkins from here to the west coast so I'm not used to having to ask. It leaves a bad cheap impression and inconvenience. Also trying to charge me for a jelly after paying for 2 breakfast sandwiches leaves a bad impression on us. There was no option to add jelly in the app.

Worst new dunkin ever. Look at this croissant and donut it’s pressed like they sat on it. They definitely need trained staff. The coffee roll and other bakery stuff not consistent. Shot of espresso applied without measuring.

When just making simple coffee and you cannot get that corrected going back through the drive-through two times also, they need to correct their menu board. This new location has very poor customer service.

This is a new location so I tried to give them a pass the first two times but, third time and my order is disgusting. Was excited to get one close to my home but I will just make the trip to the Fry Rd location to ensure quality.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not so good like the one on fry road...unfriendly customer service. Five donut without a box. Messy package! Disappointed!

I visited this location once via drive thru. There were two confused people chatting with me over the drive thru speaker, and neither seemed to know what they were talking about, and the item I was trying order wasn't in stock. Totally ok - things happen. However, I just Uber Eats ordered from this place, and there was plastic in the order. That I pulled from my mouth. Dangerous. There is something amiss at this location.
