I gave 3 stars bc this place just took over the spot where Taco Bueno was. How is it newly opened & they are selling stale donuts with fresh. Buying donuts here is a 50/50 chance of getting stale donuts. 6 donuts is $9 for 3 stale & 3 fresh. Better off getting donuts from HEB, where they are ALWAYS FRESH, NEVER STALE. They should just SHUT THEIR DOORS & put something else.

Tonight I went to the drive through and ordered two mocha lattes at 9:49 PM - lady says “yeah… um actually our latte machine is already cleaned, so we can’t make those”.At least make up a lie and say they’re broken. That’s way better than telling a customer “No, I’d rather not, just because I don’t want to”.I totally understand, but change your posted business hours if this is common practice at this North Fry location.

I come to this Dunkin very often and every time my order is correct. Staff is super friendly especially Michelle, she always has a smile on her face and is more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my order.
Not even the best coffee could make up for the ear-splitting music, but in this case, the coffee was terrible, too. Nice staff member, but couldn't hear her. Too many Dunkins in the area to come back here.
