Fresh ingredients. Friendly and fast service. Exactly the way you want your sub. Tasty bread, and delicious drinks top it off.

Terrific 5 star sandwich but service was unorganized and no one knew who had the til and once order was placed took terribly long to get food. It was very slow. Very very slow. But the food was great.

The sandwiches here are actually really good and I like that they have Cholula hot sauce when you ask! However my bad experience was when we came 30 minutes before closing they closed early, which was pretty inconvenient.

I don’t know what has happened to the subs here as they use to be very good and have gone done badly in quality. I use to order lunch here all the time, but I think after this last visit I will never be coming back. Last time I got my food I found a huge piece of hair right on my sub and today I received a soggy sandwich full of mayo more than meat. Ridiculous

I don’t know what’s up with the FireHouse Subs on Kingsland Blvd in Katy Texas but they have messed up my order three times within the past couple of months. I ordered a medium Turkey Bacon Ranch Sub on wheat with everything on it through the drive-thru. When I got to my office I discovered that half of the ingredients were missing. I paid ($13.30) for a sub with only lettuce, tomatoes, one piece of bacon and ranch. Not only am I upset, now let’s hope that my unborn baby doesn’t come out with a defect because I didn’t get what I was craving for from Firehouse subs. Picture added for reference.

I like this location. The place was clean. My family and I ended up in Katy after running errands and stop in for dinner. Shyla was the cashier who welcomed us when we came in and had a pleasant smile while taking our order. I appreciated the service and food,we will be back. Keep up the good work.

Service was slow. Worst of all was how I received the rice crispy treats in my to go order. Found it exactly like the photo when I got home. This place isn’t what it used to be.

Little pricey, but it's nice to order in English and have someone get my order right the first time. Good job! The sandwiches were all correctly made and tasted wonderful.
Firehouse Subs is a fantastic choice for a hearty and satisfying sandwich. I opted for the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sub, and it was a delightful blend of flavors. The bread was perfectly toasted, and the sub was generously filled with fresh vegetables and condiments. The restaurant's ambiance is relaxed and casual, with a firehouse theme that adds a fun touch. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was prepared just the way I liked it.One notable feature of Firehouse Subs is their dedication to supporting first responders. The restaurant has a strong commitment to community involvement, and you'll often see firefighting memorabilia and artwork on display.
There are two twins that work at this restaurant. The service is exceptional and they are making a great effort to improve their English considering that English is not their first language for them to be able to communicate. This effectively with customers without trouble says a lot about management says a lot about how they carry themselves as young men. One of the twins name is David and I cannot remember the other kids name, but these dudes are awesome

Slow Service and Below-Average Sandwiches for a dedicated "sub shop"I visited Firehouse Subs on a quiet Saturday only to experience slow and unfriendly service. It took over 20 minutes to receive a simple grilled cheese sandwich, which turned out to be over-toasted. To make matters worse, when I alerted the staff to a spill in the middle of the floor, I was met with blank stares and no action, leaving a slip hazard unattended. Overall, I found the sandwiches subpar and the service lackluster, making it unlikely that I'll return.
