Customer service is my main point here. So I will preface this by saying I had a screaming baby in the car which made things worse but still, so I went through the drive through, which was extremely busy, and they only had one lane open, and it was pretty busy, the didn't open the other lane (customer service) then when I got to the menu to order, I felt as if I was rushed and I couldn't hear the person on the other side (customer service) I placed my order, again with a screaming baby, and got to the window and the lady didn't even greet me or acknowledge my presence she just told me my order and asked for payment..I quickly handed her my card which she dropped on the floor and I picked up, handed it to her and she ran it and gave me my food, the whole process was excruciating and painfully slow. Do better, it's 8-830 and most people do eat dinner that late, if you're gonna be a fast food chain open that late, expect a rush at that time. I am not sure I'll be back, this experience was very disappointing and the food is average at best.

So I came today through the drive through. Ordered by food and when the girl asked me what I wanted to drink, I said one of those new Twix shakes. Some guy immediately hopped on the mic and said “that’s not a shake. You eat it with a spoon” in such a rude and demeaning tone. I said, “okay well, it’s in a cup and I didn’t know, so I’ll just get a shake then.” And then they got silent over the mic for like a few minutes and when I asked if they were there they ignored me. And when they finally responded and I drove up to the window, it was a super weird energy. The whole time the girl handed me my drink, she was laughing? And then when she handed me my food she looked at me and smirked, then laughed. I’d say you should retrain your stuff on manners and etiquette when being in the customer service industry. I didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to and their suspect behavior. Everything can easily be explained instead of speaking to someone like they’re an idiot. Really I hope they lose their positions or demoted because they made me feel uncomfortable like they spat in my food. Because why are laughing at me and looking at me like I’m a fool about to eat something you put in the bag while you’re handing me my food? One of the employees was London. I don’t know who the guy was.

Amazing food. I rated 2 stars because the past 2 times (several times before that) I ordered for carryout from the mobile app, I never get the correct food. This most recent time, the burger I got was $4 less than what I paid. They also make the custards before the food is ready, so by the time you get home, the custard is soft. I finally had to write the corporate office after speaking with the manager both times. Neither time did the manager offer any sort of compensation. I was told the order was right, and I should have returned it to the store for a replacement. Uhhh, what? So I need to drive back to the restaurant while my family either eats without me, or they wait for me to return and eat cold/warm food. Yes sir, I have learned my lesson. I'll go across the street to raising canes where I get the correct order every time. Granted it's not a burger, but it'll suffice. I was the first person to order this store. I was waiting outside the day of the grand opening. Every birthday in recent years is spent eating at a freddy's. I really hope they start to get things right. I won't stop eating here, but I won't go as often. I also hate the idea of checking my food before leaving the restaurant. But I guess that's what I'll have to start doing.UPDATE: changed to 5 stars. My last visit was spot on! Delicious.

So I’ve been waiting since 10:15. They open at 10:30 it’s now 1040. They just open the doors but tell me I have to wait another 20 minutes for a custard. None of this makes sense.
