As a Texan who loves steaks medium rare. Y’all need to cook your steak more. I trusted it because of the hot holders but my body is completely not okay. I’ll take the hit because I chose the meat that looked undercooked, but from a standpoint of looking after others, please cook your steak to a safe temperature. Ty

The food was pretty good never had Freebirds before definitely way better than Taco Bell . Which their was a beef option thought but the staff was amazing and friendly would definitely recommend you come here instead of Taco

I come to this location at least once a week. I love their rewards program. The food is always so fresh and flavourful and the staff is friendly. Don't skip out on the chips and queso! And don't forget to get you a brownie.
Bigger isn't always better - the regular freebird is definitely more worth-it than the monster in terms of protein-to-carb ratio and flavour.Taste and presentation-wise, Chipotle wins it, but Freebird takes the ? for filling an empty stomach ?

Ordered through Grubhub for a quick takeout lunch for me and the wife on a busy workday. Food was made quickly…too quickly, in fact. They left my steak out of the burrito, and when I called to ask for a refund, the guy told me they couldn’t handle it because I ordered through grubhub. Looking at the grubhub app it says to contact the store. So, an endless loop of failure.Basically…Terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible experience. Zero accountability.

I used to prefer Freebirds over Chipotle, but anymore. The cut of your meats are horrible. The portion sizes are ridiculously small. I think I've seen the last inside of a Freebirds. Cute restaurant but overly priced with small portions. Thanks but absolutely not.
The short blonde lady was hostile and argumentative. Every other Freebird's gives me a free tiny salsa with my meal but she refused. Not returning.

Ordered some quick takeout through grubhub on a busy day and they forgot the steak in my order. So I effectively paid almost $20 for a pathetic rice burrito. And when I called to remedy the situation they said they couldn't do anything since I ordered through grubhub....terrible customer service. So now I'm out almost 40 bucks in total with no recourse. Garbage experience. Go elsewhere and avoid freebirds meh food and trash service and don't use grubhub...it's a crappy service with grossly inflated fees.
