My experience at Freezy Frenzy was amazing. When we first entered the building, I noticed that there were sticky notes everywhere on the walls. They had lots of options for ice cream. We were able to watch the worker make it and roll their masterpiece. It was ✨AMAZING✨!!!!! My overall experience was amazing.

I went here with my husband and in-laws for dessert after dinner and it was pretty good. It seems like they are out of some ingredients, but they did offer us substitutes and let us know ahead of time (not after we already paid like some places do). They did such a good job with the presentation of making and serving the ice cream - it was really fun to watch. Where I think they faltered a bit was in the flavor of the actual ice cream. I got the Mean Green, and since pistachio is listed as one of the ingredients, I actually expected it to taste like pistachio (not the case). The banana flavor really overpowered the ice cream. It was the same deal for my husband's ice cream. He was expecting peach and mango flavors in his Honey Boo Boo, but it really just tasted like lychee. Flavor aside, the texture was good - it kind of reminded me of dip n' dots but more in the form of rolled up sheets, not tiny balls. All in all, I liked it (especially since I like banana) and would go again if someone took me here in the future, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Love coming here with my boyfriend and little sister .. love the sticky notes which adds a personal touch with every customer, the workers also always greet you and say goodbye to you everytime they see someone leave which makes one's feel appreciated and recognized . The only thing I don't like Much would be i think the ac doesn't work or it may not be strong enough and a certain scent this Place has but it's not bad enough to where I'll stop going and also be ready to maybe wait a while since they can get very busy , But I still Recommend coming!!

First time there and my experience was pretty chill. The ladies there were really great and the service was exemplary, I have no complaints. I recommend getting the Coffee Break rolled ice cream, amazing flavor and great texture, definitely will come back and tell my parents about this place

We went when it was supposed to be open but no one was there. Waited 10 mins still no one so we left. Went back after lunch still no one. Lady ran up to the door and said sorry we are open. So...don't trust hours online maybe call first. I like that you can choose your base milk so we went with almond based milk. You literally pick your flavors and toppings which is cool bc it comes out exactly how you want it to. It is rather big so we ended up just getting one for 2 kids and they couldn't finish half of it so I had to eat the rest. The kids went with oreos, chocolate and more chocolate so it was really sweet. They enjoyed seeing the ice cream being made. Thought it was cool. It is over priced but you get your money's worth. The place itself had a smell, was warm and is covered in sticky notes. Owners were nice!

Freshly made to order using real fruit ingredients; I thoroughly enjoyed the Tropical Passion with a coconut milk base to increase the tropical flavor profile. The kiwi, mango, and strawberry pieces make a wonderful complement to the syrups for a tasty frozen treat. And the artistic preparation was definitely photo-worthy. The staff here are truly frozen dessert artists and the ice cream is delicious. You can use a milk base, almond milk, coconut milk, or soy milk to suit your preference. It seems like a novel idea (especially if you've been to Thailand) but the ice cream is legitimately good! Nothing like watching your dessert quickly being made to order right in front of you!

The hubs and I stopped in for a smoothie. They didn't have all the ingredients to make the ordered smoothies, but the lady still took the order. Which kinda felt like "let me just force you to substitute." Also the smoothies are made with syrup, not real fruit. They do have some fruit, but they charge extra for those real fruit. We had already paid, and didn't feel like going through the refund process. I would not recommend if you're looking for a healthy option. It's just a cup of sugar and ice. I also watched the chick that came from the back run her hands through her hair, not wash them, and proceed to make another couples ice cream. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this place.

And would definitely recommend if you want some mouth- watering ice cream, currently attempting to try out most of them since most sound delicious. And inside the shop there’s sticky notes on the walls and it’s enjoyable seeing what previous people have wrote down. So I definitely recommend coming here also i you want to watch how they make the rolls that’s also a satisfying part of the process.
