The matcha I ordered was subpar but Zaid Alami, our cashier turned my whole world upside down with his service! HIS Superb service is the thing of legends and exemplify the true definition of what it means to be a boba tea cashier. Zaid Alami will be marked in stone as one of the most influential and caring cashiers known to mankind and I will tell of his legacy to my children for years to come. This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes they're great and get your order right and fast and the waffles are good. I like their specialty milk tea series. The fake fruit ones not so much. Other times they will keep you waiting in drive thru for 30mins no joke with no explanation of the delay or ETA while multiple cars pile up in line.

Lots of options here, whether you want to go with something fruity, something tea-heavy, or something milky. The staff are friendly and willing to answer questions about the menu. There's always at least one interesting seasonal drink. The location is well-kept, and there is even a drive-through option (not often the case for boba shops).
