J Baker the owner of this closed establishment is considered a local criminal. He stirs up negativity in our little town. He is nothing but a troublemaker. If you know Jay Baker you know he is a l**** at the top of the mount. No one in Dripping Springs likes him. He's a bully and a j****

Thanksgiving lunch was delicious!

Ordered a fried turkey. Basically it was burnt, dried and had no Cajun flavor. Basically grease was all you could taste. Save your money and buy your own equipment and fry your own turkey is my suggestion. That is what I will do year for Xmas.

Fantastic food with an eclectic Louisiana atmosphere. Jay and the staff treat you like family. I got the beignets (best I've had since NO) my husband got the skillet, and my dad got the gumbo eggs. The gumbo eggs, while not pretty, were amazing. Next time we go out with the family I'll get those and share the beignets with the table.

Sitting here regretting the decision to eat here. I have had better crawfish at a Chinese buffet. No pun intended. The crawfish where very bland, no flavor at all. The “ butter” to dip the crawfish in tasted like some kind of chemical. I will say that the beer was cold. Won’t be back!!!

I had a taste for bbq, I decided to go to good old boys .I ordered shrimp poboy for my dinner and I ordered two meats ribs and sausage for my lunch. The poboy was great, my two meats was two ribs and sausage, the ribs looked and tasted old. I call the restaurant I spoke to Beverly, she stated I made the plate and it wasn't old which it was it didn't have no flavor no smoke taste. I'm a great cook and I really can smoke meat on the pit. So when I say it was horrible trust and believe it really was. So Ms. Beverly made a point to tell me when I visited again, there a shrimp poboy on the house. I don't think I will be visiting no time soon.

A known local gem in Katy, and maybe an otherwise unknown place to everyone else. This place is a no frills Cajun seafood establishment, from shrimp the size of your hand to boudin balls and gumbo poached eggs, there plenty of delicious options to choose from. Fantastic.Order a michelada while you wait on your food, enjoy!

This place is absolutely amazing. It has a cajun vibe and the drinks are stellar. Southern fried food and barbecue at it's best. They have some banging crawfish when in season and their house made barbecue and sausage is as Texas as it gets. If you are driving down I10 in or out of Houston you need to give this place a try. It will be that little place you tell your friends about.

Great food but we had hair in our catfish. We need to request that you wear hair caps in the fish frying area. Also the stuffed crabs were not so good.

Great place and excellent environment. Feels like you are in the country but Katy has grown into it. They care about their food definitely. Dont go to babins or other in house cajun places. Go here and you will be glad you did. Even have a store for rubs...etc. excellent place...sad for you if you dont try.

You guys have come a long way. I had stopped eating at GOB due to lack of service. I decided to try again so I could enjoy crawfish for the last time of the season. So glad I did. Such a fun experience. See ya next week. GOOD JOB!
