Very disappointed to find junk fees on the bill. A "support your local business fee" and "online ordering fee" is vague and not well defined, respectively.Whatever the cost of doing business is that you hide with these fees is the responsibility of the business owner and not the customer. The short term gain might seem great for quarterly reporting but junk fees create an emotional cost (i.e. I'm left irritated walking out of the store than with a smile) which degrades loyalty and reduces customer life time value.I've also ordered here twice now, both times online, and the food was not prepared according to the instructions. Simple mistakes such as queso fresco being added to the chile con queso when requested to be taken off and additional side sauces not being included after paying $1.50 extra for a whopping 2 floz of sauce.One suggestion is to have the food service rep to open the bag and go over all the contents with the customer. It's the little gestures and professional courtesy that warrant the tip.TLDR: food was good, disappointed to see junk fees on the bills.

Manager working the morning of 4/12 is an absolute nightmare. I ordered 5 tacos and the eggs were BURNT. DARK BROWN AF! I politely walked back in with food and requested for it to be remade. She persisted to tell me that all of my tacos were like that because of the barbacoa. I look over to a patron eating his food and it's also brown. I told her no eggs should ever be brown and smell burnt. She snatched the bag away, touched my food, and asked me "well how do you want it cooked" with total attitude. I told her just normally. She rolled her eyes so I told her actually just refund me. She refused to give me back the food to take a photo, or to give me her name. I'll be calling every single day until I get the info I need, plus compensation:)

They give you so little meat and the food isn’t really that good. I’ve tried the food three times and it’s never fresh and hot. It seems like they give food that’s been sitting for a while. They do have good frozen margaritas.

I know their name is Grab N Go but the day I went by my granddaughter decided she wanted to eat there before taking her home. So, we eat there. I actually enjoyed my food, and the casual atmosphere was perfect for my granddaughter. They even have an outside dining area.

Place has been around for a bit, but when i walked in it was very quite no music and they even had a sign on the soda machine stating “ if we catch you drinking soda when you ordered water we will charge you”. First of all that’s very unprofessional and not needed to be said especially in writing. I got water anyways. I ordered a fried avocado taco and let me tell you this was no fried avocado it was a taco with scrambled eggs and mini pieces of avocado like dime sized pieces, nothing fried about it. Looked like it was a breakfast taco with light avocado nothing fried about it. And my enchiladas weren’t bad but everything was luke warm.When the cashier brought my food nothing was said from her didn’t even say enjoy. I had to ask her wait is this the fried avocado taco……and she just says “yea”……..let me add on she was also eating behind the bar chips n some dip. It was so quite inside i could hear her bite every chip. I’m not to brag but this experience just wasn’t worth my $17 breakfast. And I for sure didn’t get my “fried avocado” taco. Personally i feel that was false advertisement. I don’t think i will be back. Possible some management changes or better ambiance. I just did t feel welcomed
