I’ve been coming here for 5 years and have only had a couple good experiences. The food is good but the service is horrible. Everyone deserves to be treated the same no matter what they look like. We have gotten the same rude blonde camarera and every time she takes our order and never returns. She looks at us and walks right by and another camarero has to help us. We told the manager and he was very bland. The sorries were very nonchalant. I don’t plan on returning to a place who treats me differently because of how I look and lacks customer service .

Thanks for responding to Archana’s post. This is her husband who places the order on most occasions. Just wanted to clear up that I've always tried to be respectful in how I talk, especially since this wasn't just a one-time thing. This issue has popped up a many a times, and my feedback was really about a bunch of run-ins with the same person on your team, not everyone there. This is the third instance of the same person messing up my order in a matter of weeks and does not have the basic courtesy to even apologize.I've actually had some great times with your staff before, which is why these particular moments stuck out to me. I get where you're coming from in wanting to back up your team, and that's cool. But I hope you can see where I'm coming from, too. It's about looking at how things can get better on your end.Honestly, I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but after so many similar issues, I felt I had to say something. It's like, how many times do we have to go through the same thing? Sometimes y’all even miss the beans /tortillas on take out orders.I'm hoping my two cents can help make things better for everyone down the line.

I've been a regular at this Mexican spot, swinging by almost every Friday. But things took a nosedive with their new receptionist onboard. Trying to get her to remember any special requests is like talking to a brick wall - everything just gets conveniently forgotten. And if you ever try to bring it up, she's quick to deflect, asking to speak with the manager instead of helping out.It's been a letdown, especially for someone who's stuck by them for so long. There's not even a hint of a loyalty program or anything to make you feel valued as a regular. Honestly, it's been frustrating enough that I've decided to take my business elsewhere. It's a shame because I used to look forward to those Friday visits, but the lack of care and recognition just doesn't cut it for me anymore.

Best part about this place are the servers and the drinks. The drinks were also delicious! The food; not so much. I got the enchiladas verdes and the corn tortilla taste so weird ?. I ate the meat, with the sauce and cheese and that’s it. My kids had bean and cheese tacos that they enjoyed. Other than that, it was enjoyable for the atmosphere and the drink! The drinks are a 5 star.

Service was pretty bad. Waited 30 minutes to order drinks and another 45 to order food. Drinks were terrible, tasted like a cheap canned margarita and at $19. Will never be back and wouldn't ever

Well, first things first. The tables are way too close together when coming and going to your little spot. Close enough you must turn sideways to get between other diners. Then we go to the menu. Too much to choose from-kinda anyway. It's a Mexican restaurant but most of the dishes have American cheese listed. American cheese does not in any way possible belong on Mexican food! It's disgusting. My dish was ordered with fajita chicken. I got beef. Not a big deal and certainly not sending it back but it comes with this really weird potato based sauce. The dish was ok but just kinda bland and mediocre at best. Thank God for salt and pepper. Then we get to the service. Again, just mediocre. The waiter never came back and asked how the food was. Had to ask for refills. A hundred dollar bill for three people is ridiculous. The chips and salsa were terrible as were the beans and rice. Now for the good: the place is clean and the iced tea was good. That's it. This was the first and most definitely the last visit. Too many good Mexican restaurants around to waste time and money here again.

I went to this place hoping for good food and decent service. I was disappointed due to not getting either. The food was subpar. I ordered molè enchiladas. Molè sauce was out of a can and lacked flavor. Chips were semi-stale. Service was barely 3 star. Overall it was a disappointment and I won't likely ever return. There are too many good Mexican food restaurants around the area, to accept mediocre Mexican food.
