Walked in the store at 8:35 and they refused to sell bubble waffle to us. They said they close the machine 50 minutes prior to closing time. Very disappointing that they turn customers down.

A cute place for fun drinks! I'd like it even more if it a dollar so so cheaper. The drinks are very sweet. I got a Matcha and Mango Fruit Smoothie and my friend got a Milk Tea with Puff Cream. At some point I would like to try the waffles, they look nice and fluffy. There are a few tables to sit down and and chill.

Good amount of options and optional without caffeine! Their waffle and dip was amazing. That was my favorite.
Fresh, tangy, just enough sweetness. My order was ready fairly quickly and I didn't have to wait. They Place not so clean though, so didn't want to stay there very long.

A very solid spot for tea, boba, and desserts. The shop is airy with lots of seating. It wasn't too busy on the day I went, so I ordered my drinks to go and they came out very quickly. They taste so good!

The AC was very cold (November visit) so if you want to spend more than a couple minutes in here, I'd recommend a jacket and long pants.D5. Boba milk tea with puff cream (puff cream is kind of like a custard cream) -- my wife enjoyed it. She got 75% sweet but said 50% would have also been good. D13. Okinawa roasted milk tea with boba - I always get my milk tea drinks 50% sweet at other chains so I got this 50 % sweet -- it was still tooooo sweet- I probably should have gotten 0% sweet bc it's so sweet by default. Nobody's fault but mine for not realizing what this drink was.

Please fix your slushy machine!! Slushies don't have ice chips that require chewing.I came 3x in a row, and the Lemon slushy and Mango & Lemon slushy were perfect. I decided to try the Dragon Fruit & Lemon slushy tonight. Big mistake. It tasted like nothing and to make matters worse the ice was in chunks. Instead of being blended smoothly like a slushy it was gritty and had chunks of ice that had to be chewed. I can't chew ice so I took it back and they offered to replace it. I decided to get the regular Lemon slushy. I then asked if I would be refunded the difference and was offered a 50cent refund despite the Lemon slushy being $5.00 and the Dragon Fruit & Lemon slushy being $6.00, but I said nevermind. I got the regular Lemon slushy and the same thing happened, it was full of ice chips like they used bad ice or a cheap blender instead of having the smooth consistency of a slushy. I walked right back in, and asked an employee to taste a sample of the lemon slushy to see what I was talking about. She did and said it was gritty w/ pieces of ice and wasn't made right. At that point I just wanted a refund. They offered a few times to replace it but I was over it and asked for my refund. I was given $6 in cash but my receipt shows they charged me $6.50. While 50 cents isn't much, no one should be shorted - especially in this economy. I doubt I'll visit again. I gave 2 stars bc the previous slushies I had were delicious, however tonight my experience was soured.
