Started going here a few years back. It was pretty good at first, but a lot changed. Maybe the employees or cooks, not sure. They NEVER give enough sauce for the pasta, especially for the price. You’re out of luck if you forget to order extra. DEFINITELY overpriced for what you get. Food doesn’t taste the same, it’s not good anymore. Bread isn’t fresh. Probably gonna feel terrible the next day also. And please make sure you check your food before you leave. If you don’t want to drive back up there the same day, they’ll make it seem like you’re calling to just get a free meal. When they should just do it right the first time.I kept telling myself so many times that I’ll try them again because it was delicious the first few times. But I’ve legit learned my lesson now. I’ll never get that first high again. It’s just terrible now.Also the chocolate cheesecake dessert thing was literally disgusting. They should not sell that at all. I should’ve known though because the only piece that was gone from the whole thing was the one I got.However, the lady who gave me my order was pretty cool. Even though two of them took a while to even acknowledge I was standing there waiting to pick up.And I’m LITERALLY not the type to leave reviews AT ALL! But DAMN, it’s bad!

First time since before the pandemic. Service was great, and the ambiance was great. I recommend the eggplant parmesan. It was nice that the manager came and directed me to our reserved table. Good prices on drinks and audeavers during happy hour. I will come.

Me and my wife have been eating here for years. Food is excellent! I’ve yet to have a bad meal there. When we first started going here it seemed all of the wait staff were older, more professional, and knew how to be a waiter/waitress. Now, it seems the only wait staff are teenagers. Appears it’s their first jobs. While I respect the owner giving them a chance, and am glad to see these kids working, I wish who ever is training them would spend just a little more time training. We’ve never had bad service, just inexperienced…..

Called in an order for my family. Asked for the feed 4 for $35 chicken parmesan with pasta, house salad and garlic bread. When we got back to the hotel with the food-they had given us one order of chicken parm with pasta and a full order of garlic bread. When we ordered we repeated our name and order multiple times and it was still messed up. The food was decent. But we got back to our hotel thinking we had food for the family and it was just 1 serving.

I absolutely adore almost all the food I’ve ordered from Hasta La Pasta. If I haven’t, it’s probably only because it’s not my taste. I’ve ordered only ONE thing that ppl love that wasn’t particularly for me.That being said, I think the communication over the phone could improve some. DoorDash is great but they do not allow any special orders on that site and that seems to be a restaurant decision. It can be frustrating for me because I have certain sensory issues and I need things a certain way. I also order a LOT of food when I get things delivered, so it’s very expensive.At least 3x I’ve called the restaurant immediately after I place an order on DoorDash to ask them for minor things. The past 3 times something was missing. Once I didn’t receive my side salad… not at all a huge deal in general. But when I called to ask if they could give me a coupon or anything at all they couldn’t do much. They said if have to come pick it up. Wellll… That’s ok. It’s just a salad. I didn’t order out though to have to go out and get it, haha, that’s silly. But I LOVE and look forward to the Caesar salads. I’d DEFINITELY order it as a meal to be delivered if I thought they’d give me what I wanted as far as dressing is concerned.But not many ppl understand Sjögren’s syndrome which basically means my mucosal glands are attacked and honestly just I need more dressings and sauces on my food and water next to me just so I can swallow food. I always call right after I place the order and this is the 3rd time they haven’t done what they said they’d do. I just wanted one extra dressing with each side salad which they said they’d do when I called.Again, I LOVE their food! It’s incredible!!! AND I love this particular establishment. In person, wonderful service and wonderful food and a fantastic experience! I wouldn’t be writing this review at all unless I planned on ordering from there again. Can you please just add extra dressing to your menu? That wld be amazing!! :-)I just wish that when I ordered through DoorDash and make the extra effort to call and ask for something small that they’d follow through… bc the site says they refuse to. Other restaurants I order from definitely do. Russo’s is also great but I like you both!!!! ?

Seriously my friend and I were the ONLY CUSTOMERS. we sat ourselves like the sign said. There was no service for 30 minutes. When someone did come, she said that she didn’t speak English. That’s not helpful. That’s not considerate. Finally, after ever 45 minutes an older lady did come take our order. The meat was cold in the middle. I’m super sorry I supported this business during Covid. I won’t be back. Shameful!!

We ordered takeout on Christmas Eve to actually eat Christmas Day. I work in retail and didn’t want to spend all day in the kitchen. The food was amazing as always even reheated. Staff was super polite even when being called three times that day to confirm my order which I inadvertently ordered through door dash store front. I love this place! The food is always fresh and hot... I can't get past ordering the Egg Plant Parmesan every time I go there! It is consistently the best I've ever had. Once you try it you will have the same problem!

I liked the Italian decor. They have special ceiling tiles! There are tables out front with a pergola and a small fountain, but I've never seen anyone eating outside. They didn't have a hostess when we went on a Friday evening, but we were verbally greeted by the bartender. There's a sign saying to seat yourself. They actually have a decent Happy Hour menu from 3-6:30pm. We got the fried ravioli as a Happy Hour appetizer. It was good but kinda tasted like funnel cake. We really enjoyed the lasagna and chicken parm. We plan to go back on a Thursday to try their pizza specials.
