Hotpot was okay. Lots of competition these days. Hotpot is all you can eat for $29/person and $22/senior. What ended my night on a bad note aside from mediocre service was being overcharged. We told them my parents were seniors one of which is 80. They walk away to come back and get asked for ID'S. Same lady manager others have complained about. Being penny wise and pound foolish will lose this customer. Trying to save $7/person where you can make that back with one repeat visit. How stupid.

It was my first time going to a hot pot place. I thought I would have time to see what all they had to make a decision. The food was great but to be honest I felt rushed to order and felt rushed to eat. They have a 2 hour time limit (not sure if this was because we got the hot pot) from when you sit down and then they pretty much kick you out (not sure if this is a race thing, a safety covid thing, or if all customers experience this). Now I'm not sure if that is the so called standard of hot pot rules but that was a trash! Glad I tried it but will not be going back! There was no one in that restaurant but one other family so explain that.

It is the best ramen place in town.

Serviceable ramen with decent broth and well cooked noodles. The chashu was not the best I've had, but acceptable. Good gyōza and karaage. Their specialty is really hotpot, so I look forward to trying it sometime as the options on that menu looked very good. Service was friendly and efficient!

Hiyori has amazing food! And the staff was very nice and attentive. The food is very fresh, and so flavorful. We got the hotpot with one half mild broth and one half medium. It was perfect. All the meat was so delicious, and the vegetables were perfectly fresh and crisp. We left so happy and full, and now we can’t wait to come again for another date night! And it’s in a perfect area with other shops within walking distance so you can easily make a day of it. Definitely recommend, make sure to come hungry!

Very good hot pot. I would have liked a little more numbing and dipping sauce options, but everything was very fresh, and the staff were super friendly and attentive.

The food is awful and the lady work at the front desk can't speak any English and are rude. The hot pot is overpriced and while the quality is terrible, so I didn't leave a tip and when I left the lady who doesn't speak English chased me down trying tell me that I need to leave a tip. Here is a tip this is America so learn English if you're going to be in charge on customer service and secondly tips are optional for good service so learn those two before harassing your customer about it.

My group ordered ramen and we all enjoyed it, definitely some of the best ramen in area. What we especially liked was how it is not as salty as Jinya Ramen. It's also a very spacious place + we noticed the waitresses cleaning tables immediately after a customer left which says a lot about their cleanliness. Overall experience was great!

The ramen was good but I wouldn't call it the greatest. Overall I would say come here for a quick bite but that's about it.,

First time trying authentic ramen. This place appears to be the real thing . Place was at first glance clean. I ordered the spicy pork ramen for 11.99 .I realize now I am not a fan of the pork based ramen broth. It was very heavy on the meaty taste. Overall , the ramen taste was good, I really liked the included bean sprouts. The to go plate of the spicy ramen is beautifully plated. For additional price , I ordered straight noodles . The noodles stuck together by the time I got home , a 7 minute drive. Had to reheat the broth then pour over the noodle to get them separated and still didn’t completely separate. For this I gave 4 stars. If you want a decent bowl of ramen , try this place. I also payed for black garlic oil on the side , tasted burnt and not in a “good burnt” way....iykyk. Best thing I tried there was the side of chicken karaage. Dark meat chicken , thin crispy outside. I’d probably try a few other ramen places in the Houston area before I think about trying another dish from here. Lady at the counter was nice , not friendly. That’s satisfactory in my book. Their website said my food would be ready in 20 minutes but it was out waiting on the counter when I walked in 6 minutes early. Wonder how long it sat there hmmm.

I wish I could give this place a Zero rating star. So for all of you who don’t know this place, just a headup, stay away from it!!! It is a terrible place. Food is in low quality and they charge you for $28 for all you can eat. Not worthy. If you want a hotpot please take your money to somewhere else like a Shabu Town or some other places. Bad service ever, waitress never check up on customers. Low quality food. They even chase after you if you leave bad tip. And with this kind of bad food and service, this place deserve nothing. Not even a single cents for tip. The server must feel shame by her action for asking it.

Easily the best ramen in the Katy area, just try it if you don’t believe me! Incredibly flavorful broth, amazing noodles, tons of toppings, and a great atmosphere. If you like Aji Ramen, this is better. If you like Jinya Ramen, I feel sorry for you, and you’ll understand why after you eat here. If Atami Express is your only experience with Ramen outside of cup noodles...just go stand in the corner and contemplate your life.

Excellent service. Very nice, pleasant atmosphere. Both ramen and hot pot are worth the price!!!
