I tried calling this place which the number was disconnected, tried to order online and found the second number and it was all unavailable. I drove there to pick up food near by and decided to stop by and that place was abandoned inside. The sign was there, the chairs and tables were still inside but it seemed like they nothing else was there. No decor, no register, nor anything else inside.

Looking for a new Chinese restaurant to try so we ordered for takeout. Drove over and picked up the food, got home and the soup was missing. Called back to have them take it off the charge but they would only issue a store credit or he would deliver it by Uber. I said deliver it. Opened the rest of the food to start eating and the cheese puffs were almost burnt and tasted like they were left over from this afternoon. The egg rolls were burnt. The fried rice had no taste to it and neither did my wife's meal. Mine had some spice because I order the very spicy option. As I sit here writing this tonight, still have not received the soup. Why would I want a store credit when I would never eat at this place again. Who gives out food to their client knowing it is burnt.

Excellent Hunan style cuisine in Katy, no need to go mess with the madness around Bellaire. Friendly service, clean restaurant. Will definitely return

We dined in, the ambiance of the restaurant but it was hot and humid in the restaurant. Ordered the sautéed beef fun, pan fried noodles and salt and pepper shrimp. The rice comes in a red container and when we opened it, it looked like someone already ate out of it and asked for another container of rice. The container was barely filled and had a metal spoon that looked used. The waiter said no, it's new, but gave us a new rice. The new container came out, completely filled with rice and steam coming out with you open the lid and new a traditional rice scooper. It did not make us feel good about eating the food there...Overall the 2 noodle dishes were bland. So bland my husband thought he lost his taste and had Covid. I did think the noodles were bland, just not as bland my husband my husband was making it out to be. I enjoyed the salt and pepper shrimp. I think it could be slightly more peppery for salt and pepper shrimp.

Honestly pretty good for around here. The prices really are awesome. Beef chow fun was good, not overly oily or salty. Sautéd spinach was fresh. Saliva chicken was very dry. Overall would give 5 stars. There aren’t too many authentic Chinese places in Katy.

Great food and nice ambiance. Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurant around the area! Highly recommended!

One of the worst chinese takeout food I've ever had. I was craving hot and sour soup. It had absolutely no flavor and was just a thick mucus mess. A lot of quantity and no quality, the cheese puffs tasted old they were not crunchy but rather chewy. The special low menu was bland as well. I ordered pan fried noodles but specified no pork but found pork. Threw away nearly all the food as my kids couldn't stand it either

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went here and got fried noodles. They were nothing like any fried noodles I’ve had before (these were not good at all) so I asked for a refund. When I asked, the lady told me to just try them (which I had already done) and I told her I had already done so. I was incredibly polite the entire time, but the lady became upset and tried to tell me that I couldn’t get a refund. I told her that there’s no way I couldn’t get a refund. That’s not how business works. If I was unhappy with what was given to me, I am obligated to receive a refund. She became even more upset stating that she’s never had this issue before and called her manager who without a problem told her to give me a refund. She hands me the money and tells me to never come back. The reason I am so upset (enough for me to leave a bad review) is because I was incredibly polite the entire time, yet she was very rude to me. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I’ve had MUCH better Asian cuisine.

Their food is really good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying it out. I have been there 3 x's and so far everything was good. The only one I didn't love was their seafood soup but my husband loved it.

I had the chicken with vegetables and a side of shrimp fried rice . The place is small but nice on the inside . The decor is really nice also . The waitress was polite and did her job well. The food was good. The shrimp fried rice was really fresh and good. I plan on coming back.

We went in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. We were the only ones dining in so service was super quick. The food was nothing short of delicious. We tried the Beef Noodle Soup and yushiang pork. Would definitely recommend the place and we plan on coming back to try other Hunan specialities.

“Penny wise, pound foolish” - if you’ve not heard that phrase, meet the lady at the front desk. She takes “cheap” to a new level. We like the food here and have been picking up food religiously for the last 5 weeks. She knows us well too. Yesterday we picked some food up and asked for 3 packs of hot oil. She told me she can give just 2, because we’d only purchased 2 dishes, for a total of $22. Seriously? Those things cost about 3 cents per pack to make. I know because I’ve made them myself. I told her that too. If they’re this cheap with a simple hot oil, I can only imagine how they cut corners in their food. I’ve been putting up with her dour attitude and always making it seem like she’s doing me a favor by selling me food, but no more. Houston is full of great Chinese places for me to put up with you. Good luck. Two stars because the food tastes good. Can’t vouch for what’s in the food.

My family have been to Hunan Plus many times already. It's relatively new in comparison to the main Katy Asia Town area. We just happened to stumble onto it one day. Food is delicious, staff is friendly and price rivals Chinatown! We've tried fried/steamed dumplings, beef noodle soup, spicy wanton, salt and pepper shrimp and many more - they are all good. We highly recommend this hidden ge
