You get so many toppings in one bowl of noodles. If you think the soup has too much sodium, then try Japanese Ramen which is has more sodium than here. Don't expect you will get a healthy food when you eat out. I mean this is not a fancy restaurant. I went to many Ramen noodle restaurants, they are all expensive than here but not many toppings and the tastes too strong. Overall, I liked it based on my taste and the price tag.

Not recommended. There are only a few pieces of minced beef in the 16-dollar Beef Lauyofen, which is too little. The 4.5-dollar Crispy Pork Belly only has 6-8 pieces of ultra-thin meat, and it is fried very dry. It is definitely not fried today. eat. It’s really not worth the price to eat this rice noodle at 21 US dollars.

Legit Chinese noodle soups. The noodle soups have a favorful broth (similar to a hotpot broth) with a variety of content choices. The portions are large and are served piping hot. You have to make sure everyone is into the noodle soup because there's not alot of other dishes except the Japanese katsu curry rice for some reason. The soup is very filling and we all had left overs. The popcorn chicken was a tasty appetizer. Two people could probably share an appetizer and one soup. There is a condiment bar for extra spices and pickled addins.The interior is casual and modern. Fair amount of seating with tables for casual family dining.Parking: Large shared lot.

My friend and I tried the popcorn Chicken and dry-mixed Rice Noodles here. This is the best popcorn chicken I've ever had in Katy Asian Town. It was crispy, tasted just right and I couldn’t stop eating it. The dry-mixed rice noodles are also great. The service was excellent. I will come back to try other rice noodles soon.

You can add what ever you need from the side bar I think it needs some work on the cross contamination between the different options. Food is good great flavor first time here and got explained the whole menu and what options I would prefer good service. Place feels homie and small.

I enjoyed some delicious soup here on a (surprisingly) cold weekend. The soup itself came out piping hot, with yummy additions like peanuts, seaweed, bean curd, cabbage, noodles and more. I requested a mild version and felt it was just the right spice level, with the soup base itself being incredibly flavorful. The amount of food was also tremendous for the price I paid (~$14), to the point that even I, as a voracious eater, had leftovers. There was also a small self-serve side area to grab miscellaneous sides like jalapenos, pickled radish, and more. Service was prompt and the restaurant was clean. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal in the area.
I had laoyoufen per the server’s recommendation as well as the fried chicken (盐酥鸡) appetizer. Both were very delicious and authentic. The portions were great for the price as well. The servers were very nice. Highly recommend!

I was fortunate enough to discover this restaurant on Chinese New Year when I visited Katy Asian Town. The Chinese sauerkraut beef rice noodle，in particular, was the most perfect flavor combination I have ever experienced since I came to America. The service and staff were super friendly and gave me fantastic recommendations.I love it and it is really authentic Chinese taste.

I ate. I regret. Food seemed to be pre cooked because it came out way too fast. Had popcorn chicken curry. Chicken was dry and bland. Curry wasn't tasty. Best part was the rice. My wife's plate was modestly better because it could be turned into soup. Not interested in going back.
