Very bad place for breakfast, it took more than half an hour with my order that I had ordered online well in advance. Rude and inattentive employees. Very little cleaning. What a bad experience I had today with this place. I will never return

Walked in and was seated. After about 5 minutes and nothing, and the place is not that busy, we overhear the manager "discussing " with customers that there is only one waitress and please be patient. Asked table near us , been there 15 minutes and not gotten drinks yet. We left.

I’ve gone to this ihop in the morning and honestly the difference in management and food quality was huge compared to whoever was at ihop on Wednesday at 1am. The white haired server (which seemed to be the only server) was such a sweetheart she was super interactive and friendly with me, food came out in less than 10 mins and fresh. There was only one girl working the grills and handling customer complaints that night as well give these people a raise!

Worse experience ever!!!!!! I use to come to this location all the time, and never really had a problem because the older lady that was the store manager always took care of us if any issues came about, but we came in Sunday afternoon and this server was using profanity, and talking about his manager Chris using derogatory language. I asked to speak to the manager from another staff member. She went in the back and came back and told me that her manager Salma I believe her name did not want to talk to us at all. I asked the server if there was another manager available and she stated yes. She went over to another manager I’m not sure of his name, but he came over and apologized for the wait. I explained to him what the server David had done. He apologized profusely, which is the only reason I would ever go back. Pertaining To the manager that did not want to come out to speak to us, I don’t understand how you can run a restaurant and not be willing to speak to a long time customer. I also seen a young lady, with glasses short with black hair was yelling at servers inside the kitchen, which I did not think, is very professional when you are right next to where everyone eating. Whoever is in charge of this place really needs to take control of it because whoever is running it right now is not doing their job. I also plan on contacting the health department because I seen servers touching food with their hands and putting it back on the plate, and the same lady that was yelling at them telling them to get the plate to a customer after being touched!!!! This is the worse I or my family have ever seen this place. #HoustonHealthDepartment

We sat for several minutes to get our drinks. We were then notified that they were short servers. We ended up leaving because no one came over to serve us.
The Serrano pepper is supposed to be grilled, not chopped up raw all in my Spicy Poblano omlet.

Horrible, first were ignored when we walk in, after about 6 min some one walks by and says “we’ll be with you soon”. Then another 5 mins later they seat us. As we’re looking at the menu the waitress says, “if only the food looked like the picture” and laughs. Should have been our sign… then we order and just hope for the best. I get the chicken biscuit and once I receive it I check it cause it seems a little off. The chicken was tasteless, the hash brows were barely even cooked and wet. I asked the waitress to bring me some that were crispy to replace, and I am given a chunk of burnt hash brown… so I just didn’t eat them and when we were brought the check, noticing I didn’t eat them was told “too crispy” and she begins to laugh. Again. Then to top it off I see a sign that says “don’t serve if it’s not perfect” which was just to ironic for the horrible food.
