Went with some friends on a Thursday night. Only one person was working the entire front of house. There were about 6-7 tables waiting for food or other stuff. It took about 10 min for our order to be taken after finally getting the workers attention. It took 25 min for them to bring us water(while we were fasting) after asking a total of 3 times.We ordered the imperial fries for an appetizer which was pretty good as well as the wings which were way too salty, I’m pretty sure they were pre made wings from restaurant depot that were seasoned again. For entrees we tried the steak spot ribeyes with mashed potatoes, corn, and fried rice. The sides were good but the steaks were pretty bad. They were cooked from frozen so the center was raw and the actual parts that were cooked came out grey and watery. We asked for medium, medium well and the steak came rare in the center and was just bland.Steak Spot’s truck should be aware of how badly imperial pho is butchering their steaks.We also tried the pho and that was the only bright spot of the experience other than the fries. If you come here, I would only get the pho.The last and best part of the experience, I went to the restroom and a chef was there as well. I was washing my hands and noticed that the chef used the restroom and did not wash his hands and just walked out. I walked out and saw him just walk into the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting behavior by a person handling the food.Dirty chefs, bad service, and bad food to summarize. I would not come again. Don’t get fooled by the good reviews.

Rude service and portions have changed! Also had a misleading ad for Ramadan. It’s offensive and they should at least apologize. If they would’ve handled with human decency I would’ve not been as upset.

They had an ad for Ramadan special, and when I called them they said it’s only for lunch and I said that’s very misleading. Most know in Ramadan we fast all day and can’t eat until sunset. It’s offensive to advertise about someone’s religious holiday and then not honor it. Then when I told them they were really rude and said will call me back never called me back or even apologized for their behavior.

Great ambience and solid food, we ordered the Spicy Korean Beef, Hunan Beef, General TSO Chicken and the House Special Lo Mein! Oh man it was such a treat! Great service by our server Yeshwa, and quick service as well! Oh also I got a Ube Taro Milk Tea to finish off!Highly recommend this place for amazing halal food! (Also food was devoured the moment it hit the table lol)

Just ordered take out, I ordered and by the time i drove there it was ready. This is the best Pho i’ve had in such a long time. So much flavor in the broth and the imperial fries were bomb. 10/10
