I ordered through the app for pick up in drive thru, quick and easy to pick up, and the tacos were the best I’ve ever had. Fresh, not too greasy, perfect amount of lettuce and hot sauce.

Well the gay guy here and the women here are rude as soon as you leave the window they talk about you . I was inside and they were talking badly about the person that had just left the drive thru , how are you a manager and do this infront of customers . They lack communication and yell at you thru the intercom while ordering . This place is out of control with these people i will not go back and not recommend this certain location . Go some where else .

They forgot some of my food and the other ones have tomatoes and onions and I don’t like it.. they ask me about coming back for free food I live to far I never came back for my free food and the service is bad … the worst Jack in the box in Katy I don’t recommend!!! Tall African American man with tattoos on his forearm has a terrible attitude problem. Should not work in the window if he believes it’s okay to argue with customers/ women about what they ordered. While waiting for food and drinks sticks his fingers in the drink and proceeds to place the lid onto cup. I would not recommend eating here if this is the unsanitary and rude service that will be provided. Please do better.

Ordered 20 tacos on the app but when i got home and counted i was only given half my order. Tried calling the store to report the issue and it took almost 10 min on constant calls to get someone to pickup. Was told I could come by later to get my order remade and when I did the manager refused to remake the food and provide what I had paid for. Had to involve the cops to finally have my food that was paid for provided. Will never order from this location again even though the tacos were made well and tasted good the service is trash.

I placed my order at 9:55 and arrived at 10:20pm to pick up my mobile order and was very rudely told they don’t have a order for my name, and I asked for the manager, which they refused to get, I will not be ordering from ANY of this store again!they gave my order to a man, I didn’t send anyone to pick up my food and they refused to remake my order!! Unprofessional as ever! And tried to hide from the window no name tags were worn and no names given when asked. I will be telling everyone I see to not order from this or any location!!! I can’t even get my money back!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive our burgers and they were hot. The meat was freshly cooked which made the burger taste like it’s supposed to with the contrast of the cold lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. It was a good simple yet near perfect burger. Keep it up evening shift.
