I went to Jack in The box earlier today at around 5:00 I waited for 30 minutes when I asked the guy working there if he was going to take my order he said no you can wait I said what do you mean I've been waiting for like 30 minutes then him and the manager proceeded to laugh and say oh he's crying then I said okay well I know the manager who works here and I'm going to speak to him about how y'all were acting then the guy pulls out his phone attempts to hand it to me and says go ahead call them I told him chill out don't give me that phone or I'll break it the guy said oh you're going to break my phone while I'm going to shoot you in the your employee threatened my life I will be calling corporate this is highly illegal and warrants a lawsuit for threatening my life there were several witnesses as well as the gas station attendant who works next door.

I have been a fast food salesman, and I have always been clear that education comes first no matter where you work, we received terrible attention from the cashier today 4.00 if I knew his name he mentioned it. He charged us for an order that we did not order, since we ordered a medium combo, he charged us a large and an additional soft drink, the boy's response was I am not authorized to make returns, that any complaint with the manager, she was on her break. Within minutes she attended to us, not with the best attitude, she only returned the portion of the soft drink. From no one including the latter, we received an apology. I recommend to the company that I send them to take some courses on good manners, or if they don't like the work, just hire better-prepared people. Thank you

Everything was average, but the food made was subpar compared to the others. Maybe they made it unevenly or just did it in a rush. the burgers didnt taste good.

I have a love-hate relationship with this place!! when they get my tacos right they are amazing!! and when they don't and I don't find out till I get home even though I should probably check first then I'm disappointed.. lolHowever the staff is always super nice ❤️

Every time I come here there’s only one person working. Been like that for 2 years. Honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. Love Jack in the Box but this place is not managed well.
wish I can give it a one and half star. literally. Pulled up to the drive through menu and asked for ten tacos. Then I was thinking about ordering something else and was about to say something until she gave attitude and said "pull up to the window". I felt disrespected and lucky I ain't disrespect her by ordering more things then driving off. but when I pulled up to the window, the cashier gave me attitude again and said "how many tacos". when I got my tacos. my tacos weren't fresh at all and were stale like if they were definitely old tacos. Do better with who you hire Jack in the box even my dog can do better than her. and that cook needs to get replaced too. not sure why they're working if they're gonna do their job completely wrong. Those workers need to realize that I worked hard for my money and need a break. they aren't the main character for them to be slacking because they feel lazy if this happens again. Imma throw my food at her face. Who she think she playing with I'll be ready for any person.
