Service is way too slow. Almost took a nap in my car waiting in the drive-through. I drove away when it came my turn, not paying for such slow service. Literally drove to another location. The time it took me to drive to another Jack-in-the-Box, and get my order, was less time then waiting in this drive-through.

This was a much better experience than at the other local Jack in the Box. Yesenia was polite and suggested a meal instead of just a drink and a burger. This store had the Fan Favs that we wanted to try and offered condiments when we pulled up to the window.The mini tacos were cute and yummy, the mozzarella sticks were hot and stringy, and the fries were their typical curly goodness.
