At 4:30 on a Tuesday, the drive-thru attendant literally laughed at us when we asked for an item that was on the menu, but not available. When we requested the Fan Fav Box his response was simply a fast, "We don't have it." No sorry, no suggestion. We asked why it was on the menu if they didn't have it, and he just cackled a full on laugh as we had to back out of the drive-thru.My husband, who used to be an area director for another fast food chain, went inside to ask the attendant if he thought it was funny that the item was on the menu but not available, and the guy answered "Yes, because we don't have it."I'm really only reviewing the customer service, because I can't speak to the atmosphere because we were in the drive-thru, and I can't speak to the taste of the food because it didn't exist.

Bought sausage croissant for breakfast..the bread was hard and dry..just tasted it and threw the rest away.What a waste of money..It was also cold.What a shame.
