honestly i'm appalled to say the least. i've been coming here for a good while and 98% of the time it's always the same dyed red haired girl who seems to be in her early 20's or so and of average height. every time we pull up to the drive through menu she hardly and/or never says good morning, very monotone, sounds annoyed, doesn't say you're welcome and to top it all off always forgets ketchup, napkins, or the specification(s) i ask for. i understand that they may not get paid enough for them to 'care' or that they're not incentivized to perform but at the same you can always fake it til you make it... yet for her not even that?. honestly just embarrassing and before someone says i could go to a different location, i can't, it's the closest one to me. if you don't want to choose better people fit for customer service jobs then at least take your customers' complaints seriously and let your staff know that they need to be better. unless of course, you'd rather us tell them ourselves because i gladly will and won't be nice about it next time. ?

Went to make a purchase in store at 9:11 pm and they have the doors locked. Nothing stating their lobby hours close at a specific time but the hours are open 24 hrs. Maybe someone from corporate should do a surprise inspection to see why they have their doors locked.

I just left this location and got home and my sons pancakes are hard as a rock!!! You could break a tooth on them! That’s just ridiculous! They don’t bend! I took a video! They snap and you can bang then on the table!

Going to throw in the towel in this location. I've been here twice in both times The employees are extremely apathetic. If you do not say anything, they will not acknowledge you. The second night I went, I was treated very rudely by a heavier set blonde cook. Nobody was at the front counter so I tried to get somebody's attention for some ranch, to wish she replied in a very annoyed tone "ask somebody up front". Bear in mind, she was shaking her head while she said it. So it went from apathy to rudeness. I'm going to be doing this stuff a favor and not coming back. I really don't understand where the other four and five-star ratings are coming from

This store is garbage! I have yet to receive an order from this store with everything I ordered included. How is it possible to suck that much? If it happens once or twice every once in a while I get it we all have bad days but no every single time I've gone I think to myself I'll give them another chance just to open the damn bag and find items missing that I ordered every single time. Close the store down do us all a favor please.
