New menus come with new prices. A small smoothie is easily more expensive than a large smoothie elsewhere.

Am I a Jamba fanboi? You bet I am. So ofc I had to snag one last one before hopping aboard my cruise ship. :P This place was on the way. Part of a larger outdoor shopping center, so parking was a little crazy this close to the holidays. But we found one and came on in. The employee, Fran, greeted us on entry and took our order. When I requested my recent fave, the Orange Cranberry Whip Smoothie, she asked if I was sure and warned me how tart it is, LOL. Polarizing drink I reckon! She also complimented my Snoopy hoodie, hehe; she was friendly. They had my drink ready quickly and efficiently. Although I will say they maybe need to lower the temp on their ingredient storage? My smoothie came out a little less thick than I'm used to. Still tasted great though! There are some m small tables to sit at both inside and out. Two gender-neutral bathrooms that were clean enough.

I love Jamba Juice so much but the customer service at this location is terrible. I've encountered this young girl with glasses on numerous occasions and she is never nice. Literally on the numerous occasions I've encountered this girl, I've taken it as that she might be just having a bad day.How many bad days can you have? I always order a dream machine and go but she misses the opportunity on upselling by suggesting a boost or food item every time. She's just a grumpy order taker. I was in the store yesterday and witness her and another employee be so incredibly rude to a man of color and his son. The customer said thank you before walking out the door and neither one of the two employees looked up to acknowledge him. It was extremely uncomfortable. Upper management please take a look at who runs this location because this girl is rude , has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE , doesn't wear some sort of identification that she even works for Jamba Juice( 10/8/23 she was wearing a big red shirt and sweats I believe. She looked like she rolled out of bed and didn't brush her teeth) and honestly needs to be retrained.

My daughter came this morning and order her juice and after she ask if she can have a bit more of cloud whip and the girls who make the juice had a really bad actitud (been the first customers here). Please this it’s for the owner here, ask your employees to be nice to the customers!!! It’s not nice to buy your juice and have a bad face from u employees!

Fast friendly service. The cashier helped me choose the flavor I was going for with the addition of the ginger. The smoothie was both tasty and refreshing!

My husband and I are big fans of the smoothies at Jamba Juice and we were glad to find out we have one in the neighborhood. We came in and saw the crew were starting to clean up so we were worried that we might’ve come in too late. We were then greeted with a smile by the guy at the counter who cheerfully asked for our orders. We wanted to try something new and Philip took the time to answer our questions, and then prepared our smoothies and handwiches. This young man doesn’t act like an employee, he acts like the manager! Now I’m not sure if he is, and if not, we hope management will take notice of Philip’s excellent customer service and the impression he leaves with Jamba Juice’s customers. ?

Today, was my first time trying Jamba. I walked in immediately had a seat to download the mobile app. As I approached the counter; where both the team lead Ana and another young lady was waiting. I greeted them . As I said help the first time; I was not acknowledged; so I said it again. Again, I was ignored the young lady whom name I did not see . Proceed to shake her head no, ask I inquired about the caffeinated drinks. As I waited for my drink to be made; there was a gentleman that walked in and was immediately greeted.I received my drink and told the young gentleman thank you; and again; it wasn’t acknowledged.Im not certain if this is the way this establishment poorly carries out customer service or not ! But my first impression, and encounter with these employees was very displeasing . I just hope my smoothie doesn’t taste like their attitudes !

i love the smoothies from jamba juice. always a 10/10 so you should definitely give it a try, but this location is not worth it. the drinks are never consistent. and the worst part is the workers are always so rude. they always have a bad attitude. the way they treat the customers is not worth the visit.

I love jamba juice and the taste is not a problem, BUT today I ran out of work to the location you have in La Centerra and according to Google Maps they close at 8:00pm but it turns out when I arrived it was 7:52pm and they already had the doors closed waiting for 8:00pm to leave. Very disappointing
