worked here in 2022. 8.50 an hour. General manager would constantly vanish and leave his duties to the crew. Many coworkers quit due to being lead on and lied to about raises and promotions. Worst day was when i heard the GM say he doesn’t believe the special olympics promotion even goes to the disabled athletes. Horrible location. Eat elsewhere

I can't say enough about Jersey Mike's. This place is AMAZING! It's easily the best sub sandwich place there is. The staff is always friendly and the sandwiches are always awesome. Highly recommended if you want a sub or a cheesesteak. I have not had one bad experience here. And they have a points/reward system!

Dude! I got the wrong order and this place made it right! Anyone can make a mistake, but the DoorDash driver didn't even look at the ticket before taking it either. I'm very specific about my sandwiches and I called upset. The restaurant brought it out to me. Not door dash.... The restaurant had the integrity to make it right. I don't know if you know how huge this is! You just don't find this anymore.Thank you Scott!Oh yeah and killer Stickballs! #11

This location has lousy management and apparently they are hard up for money. Made an online order, attempted to cancel the order immediately. I Called repeatedly and no one picked up the phone. At some point they took it off the hook because it would no longer ring. Then, when I finally got ahold of someone 2 days later the manager named George refused to refund the order. He actually laughed, I guess he thought it was amusing.. I asked them why they didn’t answer and the response was “We were busy”. It was $10! Not $100.

Food: The taste of their sub was average or normal, not too spicy. The most important thing is that the place where the food is prepared looked very clean, so I could eat it without any concerns.3. Store: Everthings are clean, such as table, floor, and restroom. It had a refreshing environment without the strange smell.

Incredibly disappointing experience and unfortunately very similar to prior experiences as well. I ordered in store and my hot sub order was wrong. Unfortunately I did not find this out until after I got home. I decided to go back to get it fixed. Second time, still not the charm. They forgot to put cheese on my sandwich, and the manager at the time saw it, but she did not correct it. Instead I got cold cheese tossed on my hot sub. The manager was argumentative with me even after showing her the mistake. She was rude to her employees, raising her voice around the store for customers and other employees to hear. Makes for a very uncomfortable environment. And even worse when your food isn't right. I love the Jersey's Mikes brand, but good luck at this location
