I really love Jimmy John's, but yesterday, around 5 pm, I ordered 2 sandwiches # 10 to go. My surprise in home was that the sandwiches had just been loaded with half of roast beef.The restaurant was not busy at all.I wish ? next time my experience will be better.

So I’ve never had jimmy johns until yesterday may 10th 2023 does the first time so I seen they have sandwiches but you can add it to lettuce which I love I don’t eat bread the custom service was horrible and today also no greeting he acts as if he don’t want to help you his name is Scott for my first time coming there well today makes my second and last time food good horrible service with a bad attitude.Went in today and Fabrizzio was very rude
My first time visiting a Jimmy John's and had heard great things about it. My visit to this location was not that great. The food was good, but I can't say that it was any better than competitors, just the same. The service wasn't very good though, I felt unwelcome and as if a favor was being done to make a sandwich for me. As for atmosphere, it was kinda dull, however the establishment was very clean and well kept. I would not recommend.

Worst customer service ever! I did go at 8 pm on Sunday, very rude I didn't get the guy's name that took my order's!!!! Don't go in an hour before closing because I must have bothered him trying to get a meal for my family!!!!!
