“Gotta say, thoroughly impressed. The spot is nice and clean, staff is friendly but the food really surprised me. I’ve never had a Korean styled burger before but the flavors were interesting and exciting without being overpowering or dense. Fries were nice and hot, well seasoned. Burger was juicy. Definitely coming back, as soon as I can.“
“It was my first time dining at Stone Age and I was pleasantly surprised. They have delicious food, when you dine with them I highly recommend you order the hot Stone dish! The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I will be coming back regularly.“
“We really enjoyed our lunch here. It's inside the H Mart food court, and the air conditioning was pretty cold, so I'd recommend bringing a jacket. We got the fried squid and the curry cheese donkatsu. Both were excellent. The fried squid had an excellent savory seasoning blend. The curry cheese donkatsu had a perfectly crispy crust, melty mellow cheese, and flavorful curry.“
“Great meat all you can eat. Meat seems good but heavily understaffed. If you go at opening, the food and sauces are filled up. But later down the day it never gets refilled. If you order a lot, some servers would give you 'you fat boy' look.“
“Excellent experience, the food is so fresh cooked right in front of you, loved the Natural flavors of the thin beef & pork! Liked the sides= came w meat. 2 meat was enough for 3... the waiter/cook were nice, & attentive, will try it again!!“
“Highly recommended place for tasty and reasonable pricing Korean food. We eat here at least once a week. The owners and staff are very nice. They knew our favorites: seafood pancake, kimchi chigae with port, dak bulgogi dolsot, and galbitang. We also love Special combos for DIY grill @ the table.“
“I enjoyed my lunch at Bon Galbi. I ordered the bulgogi dish, dolsot bibimbap, and the Korean pear juice. You don't get a large amount of Banchan, but you get good ones like fish cakes, kimchi, japche, and broccoli. The dolsot was delicious, and the sizzling of the pot was pleasing to the ears. The pear juice was slightly sweet and oh-so-good! The atmosphere was nice and open, and it had a small local restaurant feel to it with K-pop music in the background.Overall, the food was delicious. If I'm back in the Katy area, I'll be sure to stop by.“
“Had Curry Udon with Beef today, my family had a combo mix and another dish. The macaroni salad was really surprisingly refreshing since it had apple diced in and there were more than enough side dishes that came with it. Was overall filling and the owner was really kind to check in to see if we needed anything. Would come visit again.“
“$39.99 for the lunch special with four meats, soybean soup and steamed egg - WHAT A STEAL! I also got the lunch portion Yuk Gae Jang for $13.99 - solid choice here as well. The meats were delicious, all the sauces were fantastic and the service was even better. I actually like that they come by and cook for you so you just focus on eating (lol).“
“First time, we had it delivered. The seafood soup was tasty, too spicy for me, but it didn't overwhelm. The pork fried dumplings even though delivered arrived crispy and tasty. The ingredients seemed fresh and the sauces were good. General Tsao chicken was, according to my son, solid.“
“If you have doubts, please consider what you expect from this place. I assure you, they do things to the prime status. Their wings are expensive. But... They are the highest quality in Katy. The gandum style flavor will rock your taste buds and it isn't spicy. All of their products are too notch and worth every penny in this society where quality means nothing at most places. This is the ultimate place that needs to stay here when other places fizzle out.“
“This Malaysian restaurant is located at one of the many strip-malls in Katy. The building is modern and the dining area is divided into smaller areas to make it appear cozy. Service was friendly, informal and prompt, but very basic. There was no attempt to clean the table between courses, although sauces had d bee spilled and a little wipe would have been welcome. Interesting cocktails and juices. We shared all plates and the meal was enjoyable. We started with Roti (an Indian flat bread with a delicious curry chicken dip. We also enjoyed the Kerabu Prawns, skewered large prawns with pickled papaya, mango peanuts and toasted sesame. While it is advertised to come with a light spicy sauce, we didn't detect the kick. The Salt and Pepper Calamari were crisp, flavorful and slightly crunchy: delicious! The Mango chicken was a winner, with fresh mango, bell pepper and onions, also in a light (Spicy?) sauce. Beef Rendang (shank) was served with a coconut curry and chunks of potato. It was reminiscent of Hungarian Goulash, but with the addition of coconuts. Beef Hor Fun was our final choice: savory, although less memorable. Stir-fried Organic green beans and stir-fried Snow Pea tips made for delightful vegetable accompaniments. Overall, it was an enjoyable family dinner, with flavorful food and generous portions. The red peppers on the manu suggesting spicy food are not reflected in the dishes.“
“Oh K-Dog had some really weird videos playing that showed what seemed to be social media influencers eating the food products with extreme pleasure. It was a little odd. The kids working the counter seemed to fit right in with this aesthetic. They were awkward (like they spend too much time alone on the internet), with me having to repeat questions for answers. It’s Oh-K, I got most of my questions answered. I ordered the Half Dog/Half Cheese food item. It was just ok. It’s like a Korean Corn Dog, with Asian sauces to choose from. You should try one to judge for yourself. It’s in the Katy Mills Food Court.“
“Great place to grab a snack. I ordered the spicy dog with the hot Cheeto dust on the outside and their special sauce drizzled on top. They a offer half cheese and half sausage option that is great if you want to try both. The corn dogs are made to order and always fresh. We went in the afternoon around dinner time as an appetizer so there was no wait. They also have a good selection of drink options from the cooler with sodas or frozen drinks. Inside there are no seating options because I believe it is strictly to go. I find it difficult to not eat the corn dog right away while it is still hot because once the cheese cools there is no cheese pull anymore. I stood inside and enjoyed my corn dog nevertheless and there was no problem with that.“
“It is an excellent place to go for Korean food. We have eaten here many times. The restaurant is inside the 99 Ranch Supermarket food court area, which is quite convenient as one can grocery shop and then have lunch or dinner here. We had two dishes - the spicy beef soup and the seafood noodle soup, with side dishes of kimchi, pickled daikon, and broccoli. Both soups were quite delicious, especially the seafood soup with a delicate flavor.“
“I finally found the Ultimate French Fries!!!The Waffle Fries with Kimchi.I was reluctant to try that mix, but was Hanging with a friend and thought it might be adventurous and fun.Turned out to be the best darn fries I’ve ever tried. Hoodadak is far from my home. A 30 min drive. It’s actually on Katy, but now I know where to come when I’ve got that craving for fries. This is a fun place because it’s inside of a grocery store, H Mart.Might not be the best place for a date, but to hang with some friends and have a variety of different foods, it’s great!“
“Me and my sister LOVE this place! We try to come as often as possible. The rooms are all awesome experiences. My favorite is the body scrub though! And the food!! Let's just say... we est good every time we go.. see you next week Spa World!“
“Food is really authentic and good . The tofu in the soup is so soft and silky . Will specially recommend their seafood pancake , it is so crispy and delicious! And all the ladies running the shop are so friendly and nice . Will be back for more !“
“I recently had the pleasure of trying the Korean fried chicken from this gem. To put it simply, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. It is simply outstanding. Fresh, sizable pieces with a delicious sauce that strikes the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. Plus, the price is unbeatable for the quality you get. Highly recommend!“
“The bulgogi fries were sooooo good. That by itself is a meal. I got the small 9piece wings in soy & honey garlic & they were delicious. My bf got the too hottest flavors in popcorn chicken & he loved that it was spicy & good at the same time. So I would recommend trying!!“
“I have been wanting to try SomiSomi for so long and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. There was a line out of the door but it went pretty quick. They even had shelving to stand by and eat. We got the soft serve cups (milk/ horchata swirl & cookies and cream/ ube swirl) plus two taiyaki (Oreo and Nutella). We absolutely loved it. Probably some of the best ice cream I’ve had in the states. The horchata/milk was top tier, every bite tasted like cinnamon toastcrunch cereal milk! Plus they let you add simple toppings at the end. The taiyaki was everything I was waiting for and I wish we got more. 10/10, 100% recommend!“
