Please reopen this location I'm new to the area and love Kristy Kreme! I'm sure there are many that agree! I don't want to drive all the way to Pearland but I will until this location is reopened

I drove over an hour to redeem my birthday dozen for nothing. They are shut down! Google says they are open and even shows when the hot light is on.... now I have to drive an hr back home without any Krispy Kreme ????
Don’t take my word for it, my 8yo son said it well: “never go to Krispy Kreme!”We had to go b/c our reg go-to donut shop was out of Apple fritters. I told my son we should give KK another try (have had bad experiences previously pre-COVID). I have since, post-COVID, lowered my expectations with fast food establishments b/c of lack of resources, training, and overall work ethic in establishments these days. Even with low standards, KK rated one-star (no option for zero stars). Needless to say, service was poor (gave me wrong order and was, thus, over charged) and food quality was bad, my iced mocha was worse than the one I get at the gas station and my Apple fritter was ice-cold. See picture below, the fritter looks like a piece of fried chicken (ugh!). It went straight into the trash at home. Save your money and time, if you expect decent service and decent food, go anywhere else but this KK.

This was a weird experience, we drove up and someone said "hi how may I help you" I said give me a minute to look at the menu please. So then 4 minutes later after getting everyone's order, I say we're done. No one answers. A girl walks up and says that there closed. After that we went to shipleys

There’s nothing special and overrated, the donuts are also smaller than others. I don’t understand why people would wait in the line for 2 hours for their donuts back in the day.

Just drove by. Looks like the place closed down. The windows are covered and the store sign was taken off the building.

My favorite donut of all time. I love the chocolate glazed donut. The classic one is nice when hot. I love that they have minis now.
