Placed an online order for pickup through the pizza portal at 9:42. It was supposed to be ready between 9:57 - 10:02. The tracker stated it was in the oven the entire time. Never updated.At 10:15, I walked in to ask the status of the order. (1) pizza. While waiting, another employee was having a conversation next to the register that did not sound like it was related to work. After a few minutes, the employee returned and stated it would be 10 minutes that it was about to go into the oven.I received an email notification about 10 minutes later, not through the app. After leaving the store and inspecting the pizza, I realized not only is it undercooked, but it was scored, not cut.So I had to get home and preheat the oven and am cooking it. I'll have to cut it so we don't have to tear the pizza as well.

This place is horrible, every time I go they always tell me I have to wait 15 minutes for a classic pepperoni, and always take more than that, they never have pizza ready and the taste feels like you eating all the
Carry out. Good service. Nice workers. But prices are too high! Their pizza is no longer worth what they charge. Actually, not since the "5 buck pep" has it been worth the cost. Bread sticks and sauce are quite good though.

Very disappointed, I ordered supreme pizza to celebrate something important and I received something made in a very bad way, please do your work with love, think about what it would be like if your mother receives it, or if you don't like your job, give space to someone who loves what you do. does. I spent my money, something that I had a hard time earning. That was not supreme, the cheese on one side and 3 mushrooms and onion with chili alone in 2 portions. I have photos I want to share.

Pizza came both burned and cold. One if the pizzas was so uneven in terms of the thickness of the dough, that one side was burned and one was undercooked. And also freezing cold.Nobody thinks they are getting gourmet pizza from Little Caesars, but jeez.
