Extremely slow service and the manager is very rude and won’t acknowledge customers. Plus he’s very rude to staff in front of customers. Waited over 20 minutes on 2 separate occasions for him to acknowledge us. This location really needs to hire new people.

I called about 5 minutes before arriving to the restaurant for a take out order. I was told my food would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived I don’t receive a call or text after being in the parking lot for about 20 minutes. I had to walk in and stand for another 20 minutes, I want caressed or even looked at. The wait time at this place is absurd and the costumer service is terrible. I don’t recommend this place at all!!

I have always carve to try LC Pizza, marketing is good, so I finally decided, BIG MISTAKE, order on-line and took over one hour to be ready, I was able to park right in front, so had the luxury to wait in the car, but I was able to see the line up of costumers and all totally un-satisfied, the place is totally under staff, I did not get mad, as I had time to spend, I knew cancelling the order would do nothing, I really wanted to try LC, pizza was good, but certainly NEVER AGAIN.

Tried to call in to update a order I just placed on the app and got routed by their corporate customer service to the location only to be answered by a rude guy who just says we don't take orders from unknown or blocked calls? Its my cellphone so I don't know why it shows up as blocked to him but didnt even say welcome to little caesers or anything and just hung on me....

Most furious experience ever! Took my $40, then when order was supposed to arrive to my house - THEY CANCELED MY ORDER. No one can seem to figure out how to give me a refund. Even supervisors @ corporate office. No manager at store’s location & no one answers phone. I need a refund STILL.

This is absolute worst managed store. Pizza is never ready, always a long wait, they’re always short staffed. Ordered online tonight, went to pick up the order 20 minutes later, and was told it’d be a long wait. Customers walking in were told it’d be a 1.5 hour wait for new orders! Another customer’s ordered stuffed crust online, got to the store only to be told they were out of stuff crust. Nobody bothered to tell the customer. The entire point of Little Caesars is that it “hot and ready” bc if I’m going to wait a long time, I’m going elsewhere for actual good pizza. Don’t bother with this place.
