DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, I waited almost 2 hours on a Wednesday IN STORE(after the estimated time, making a total of 2 1/2 hour wait) when the online thing stated an estimated 25-30min wait, the tracker doesn't work, 3 days later my order is still "in the oven".There were about 20 people all waiting for their online order.Their order pick-up oven system, doesn't work, no ones name ever appeared nor did numbers work.People walked in and placed an order and got their food faster than online orders.When food was finally handed the pizza was already getting warm as if it were sitting to the side somewhere.Just a terrible operation.

This place is horrible!!! Food is not fresh and not hot!!! Not fit for human consumption!!! Please avoid this place at all costs!!! It’s so sad to see this area go down like this!!! This area and the food places used to be top tier!! Not so much!!! I will never order from them again!!

‼️Horrible‼️ I decided to order cheese bread, while I was waiting at the doctors office across the street. I tracked my order the whole time it took 15 min for it say READY I immediately went across the street I was the first person in line. After giving the manager my name she brings my order Extremely Brown I couldn’t even tell what the order was. Moral of the story I’m Pissed bcuz someone clearly knew that wasn’t correct before boxing it. But she charged me before I got a chance too look at it. ‼️DISRESPECTFUL‼️ that was 5 days ago and I’m still having to wait for a refund!! “Treat Ppl How You Want To Be Treated!!”

Horrible! I placed my order online and went to pick up my food at drive thru. The line was really long. I finally got to the window, and they told me there were lots of people ahead of me and it would be 15 more minutes. I said sure I'll wait in the parking lot and drive back around when it's time. I waited much longer because when I got back in drive thru, the line was still long. It was at least an hour since I placed online order. I get to the window again, only to be told they couldn't find my food. That meant whoever was the manager on Friday was not doing their job of making sure orders were being made. I ended up requesting a refund since it would have been too much trouble for them to make one pizza and small order of wings.
The girl at the drive through didn't say a single word. She just stood at the window we told her the name and she just came back and gave the pizzas. There was no "hi how are you" or none of that. The dumb girl could've at least said have a nice day at least but it's too hard for little high schoolers to do anything if it's not smoking weed or being ratchet

This location has good pizza. I normally go through the drive thru for convenience. Yesterday I went inside and was shocked and disappointed to see that none of the employees fixing the pizzas had on gloves! Don't think I'll be returning now unfortunately ?

I ordered thin crust and it is dry and crunchy like a chip! I called to just ask for a remake and had several failed attempts for the call center to connect me. One said if it us disconnect push 2 another 8 and neither helped. I cant even put in a complaint until corporate opens and the one time I was connected they said ok.. and then hung up! Now im driving 20 minutes back to address it in person and im
