I see I’m not the only one writing about the same issue. ’ve been coming here for the past 4 years and I’ve never been treated like this before. My kids and I just walked back to our car rather than keep standing in front of the truck and not get acknowledged.The two people who are attending really don’t have a clue about customer service. If they’re going to refuse service they should just let you know rather than ignoring the customers and make you feel like you’re bothering them to get service. We didn’t even get a hello or can you please give us a moment even though there wasn’t anyone there.I hope this helps the owners find some real help.These type of employees make business go out of business. To make matters worse I drove to their other truck and let them know what just happened and he tried calling them to let them know and the careless person said she can come and say it to my face. Parking lot was packed with vehicles from an Asian Church or Gathering next door. Waited to reach order kiosk despite ordering in advance, online ordering was not available. Several customers ordered but drove off prior to paying or receiving order creating a traffic jam. I was presented with a payment system with TIP offereings so I opted to tip. My order was not correct when I arrived home. I now have Charity Anxiety, no more purchasing no more tipping.

Tacos weren't fully cooked. They don't provide napkins. Their horchata is not that good wouldn't recommend it.

Came at 5pm and they were just setting up. Two guys in and around the trailer and didnt say one word to me or my husband. They just literally ignored us. A quick hello or could you give us a minute? Would have been appreciated. So we went to the location on Fry and all they had ready was pastor. Never again.

Maaaaan let me tell y'all about this place and how over time u would see that it had bamboozled the food quality. Ok so my first time here but was very much immaculate and delicious I was like "queso birria tacos? Never had that before take my money please!" Lol and this was some months ago. Came back second time asked for the same thing and this time it was just 4 tortilla and ground beef and didn't kno until I got home so I was like it's watever cuz they are good ppl and there's a language barrier so it's fine. Now here's the f***** up part. Last night I ordered 2 orders of queso Birria tacos (they raised the prices so I thought that quality was good my first time so it's ok so both came up to $24, 4 for $12) 1 torta and 1 quesadilla. Total came up to $41 right? Ok cool. Get home and maaaan I tell u those tacos was trash. It was like gourmet Taco Bell. They didn't even use quality meat any more and raised the prices? Like I get it the cost of living going up but man $12 for ground meat?! The torta was good first time having it so I can't judge and the quesadilla had little to no cheese and wasn't made wit love like the first time. I'm like bruuuuh $41 for this? So long story short I'm not going back. If I wanted ground beef and not that good beef skirt which is cheap btw I would've went to Taco Bell. Thanks for letting me know I should've stayed home and cooked.

We always come bere because they're good! But today we came and we paid $25 for 10 tacos well more like only the tortilla since theres was no meat on them! I don't think I'll be coming here no more! I got tacos de pastor and the meat was burn

1. they took forever to take our order, even though the girl in the food truck was just standing there.2. we ordered chicken tacos and they gave us beef….we went back to the taco truck to trade it out and they said they only have beef….3. they aren’t that friendly either.4. tacos were soggy, my friend asked for cheese on her tacos and they girl said no…. ???

So glad I found this place near my home! They're so good. Meat is not bland and fairly priced. The cooks don't really understand requests too well. I ask no onions they give me onions anyway. I ask for just cilantro and they give me onions and cilantro mixed lol. They never get that part right. There is limited parking to wait for tacos but it's fast. On a busy night the most I've had to wait was 8 mins. They do have a section with benches to sit if you want to eat them there. Would've gave it 5 stars if only they weren't charging different prices each visit which based on the reviews I can see it has not stopped. I've been here at least 5 times. I don't have a problem with the cooks or the price per taco. It's the lady that charges. Their prices are listed on the food truck. Therefore if you make the math it should be charged as listed and if there is tax then it should be said at the time of purchase. She has charged me .25 to .50 cent more than the actual total amount. I don't mind paying taxes. But what I don't like it's the way her response is each time. My first time she charged me extra and didn't say sorry. Just opened her palm and said ok. The second time my sister went and over charged her again. She politely told her in Spanish that it was not the correct amount or maybe if she adding tax? She doesn't say anything again but pretends to look at a sheet of paper above her to see the "prices" but then looks at the money and says it's okay don't worry about it. Like what? I want to pay what is due. Not what she feels is due in that moment Every time I've confronted her about it she has no explanation and no shame. Doesn't care. So for that I leave 3 stars. She knows me by now so she has stopped but I know she does this to other people. So I suggest asking her the price per tacos and make the math. Otherwise she'll charge whatever she feels like it that day
