Called a day ahead to ask if I could have a little end of birthday celebration with some ice cream. I explained I’d need a couple tables, I would put some table cloths, balloons and a bday banner. No issues and very polite.I showed up while the girls were finishing their day at the spa to set up. there were 4 tables. I needed 3 for the amount people I had.I put the banner on the wall being mindful of the location. The guy started telling my guests something and he started yelling about me not supposed to put the banner up. He should have said something before my guests arrived and not to them. I had over 12 people going to buy ice cream and there was NOONE in the store. I apologized to my guests and told them we would need to leave & find another ice cream shop. As we were walking out & I was picking up my things … he said he was calling the police. I was in complete shock of the reaction especially with no other people that he had in the store.Guy was so rude.

This is one of the best Slabs in the area. I drive an extra 10 minutes away, although I live next to a different one, just to go to this location. The owners, are so nice and always very welcoming! Ice cream and cookies are always delicious!

I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who thinks this place has the worst customer service. The manager or owner is usually grumpy. So that is no surprise. But the lady who was in there today was equally rude and grumpy. She was not willing to listen while taking the order. So much in a rush. Plus for the price you pay they are very skimpy with the toppings. Went back today because their icecream is good. But I'm never going back to this place. My kids were so excited to go have icecream today but came back home pretty disappointed with the quality of customer service. Don't run an ice cream shop if you find it can't even smile and greet your customers.

Got a terrible stomach ache that made me sick for 2 days and out of work after getting ice cream here.Everything i ate that day were leftovers from the day before....something is wrong here

The service in this location is always “apathetic”; that’s the best way I can describe it. The owner always skimps on ice cream toppings to the point that it’s almost non-existent. Average review for an average (on a good day) shop.

I went in and got cookie dough ice cream, and the worker didn’t clean the scoop after previously using it to scoop a blue Cotton candy flavor, so my ice cream was blue and tasted weird. Please clean your utensils, it’s gross

It's a marble slab, but the name on the outside is "Great American Cookies" with tiny Marble slab logo.Google maps took us to the wrong side of the building, hopefully the edit makes-in. Ice cream was perfect. Customer service could be better with more smiles ?. Yet, I will give five stars. Because it's yummy!I post some pictures for clarification on where it is located.
