Ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 mushroom & 1 pepperoni for delivery. Instead got 2 pepperoni. I was so disappointed as I don't like pepperoni (and it was $46!). The ticket that was taped on the box said "mushroom". They clearly don't double check their orders, as I've noticed that's the case for many of these food places around here. It's frustrating.

This store has to be the worst location in the city! Not only do they have the worst delivery drivers the incompetent staff that gets hired makes every transaction a headache! I used to be happy ordering Marcos but now this is my last time.They never have my full order either missing cheesy bread, 2 liter, and once even brought the wrong order entirely. I'll go the extra miles to get my pizza elsewhere now.

We will definitely not return to Marcos Pizza, we were scammed firstly as you can see in the photos the pizzas were not well cooked, secondly I requested a pizza with double cheese and as you will see in the photos it had almost no cheese and lastly, You should think about the consequences of not paying attention to the orders because I have a 3-year-old baby who ran out to eat her cheesebread that was not cooked, and if she had a stomach ache, believe me, there will be consequences.

Don’t go here. Ordered five pizzas they are wrong and no one answers the phone. Been on hold for 41 minutes and it keeps kicking you off at 16

Nasty undercooked pizza, unprofessional manager that likes to argue with the customer refused to give me a refund and told me to take the pizza out of the garbage and bring it in so that he can look at it to see if it’s undercooked since he made the pizza and that he would remake it. It didn’t want a remake of the pizza I just wanted my money back. I had my husband call and his whole approach was different. He lied and told my husband that I was being irate and had I just called and politely asked him for a refund he would’ve given it to me which is exactly what I did. My tone didn’t become annoyed until he accused me of lying about the pizza being nasty and his attitude was bad from the start of the phone call. I asked for the store manager’s information and he said that him and the store manager have a close relationship so he’s not gonna do anything about it either. Pizza hurt my stomach and gave me diarrhea for hours. I wouldn’t even waste my time or money at this location go elsewhere.

The service and the staff at this Marcos Pizza is the worst of late …. Am living in this area since long now, and I loved this outlet when they opened. The pizza is generally tasty but the staff and service have gotten worse over time to the point that I don’t like to even give it a try anymore.The Marcos app is another awful thing to go with this particular location! Phew .

Got a coupon for $16.99 so thought we would try. When we picked it up and got home, found out we were charged $19.38 before tax. Pizza and cheese bread had very little taste. Mushrooms were nasty out of a can and not fresh. The sausage was ok. I will stick to Pizza Hut and Dominos.

We love Marcos but this store consistently has a shortage of drivers and their online ordering process gives inaccurate predictions of delivery times. We regularly have orders that are 45+ minutes late past the “promised” time. What good is a promise time when you break it repeatedly. They’re plenty nice when I call in but it’s time we move on from Marcos until they get sorted.

When did a pizza place quit delivering??? It's takeout or a delivery service. I am ok with times changing but prices have gone out the roof and there are so many fees attached to delivery companies. The pizza isn't that good to pay all of that!!!!!!

Ordered and received confirmation email. Called when it was 15 minutes late and they said it was in the way. Called back 30 minutes later, they couldn’t find the order, I was hung up on. When I called back I was told they just received the order on their end while I was in the phone. The 3rd person I talked to was apologetic, but we won’t be ordering there again.
