I arrived at the place at 8:30 pm on Sunday, April 28 and they did not want to serve me, they already had the Reataurant closed when the hours said until 9 pm I wanted at least takeout food and they did not want to, they behaved very badly

Best place for amazing sandwiches, delicious soups/Chilli and spot on service! One of my favorite places for good quality and fresh food.
Service was fine, fodd tasted fine except they serve their soup too cool, not nearly hot enough, especially on a cold day. Armosphere is typical fast foodish.

I have never had such difficulty trying to order from a restaurant as I have this place. You have a beautiful menu with calories and ingredients yet, there are no prices on your items. I called into the restaurant, and the worker asked which sandwich or gave me a rough estimate of the prices. That's not helpful when you are ordering a group order and want to give the person that's going to purchase the things your total amount for your order. What am I supposed to guess how much each item cost and give the person that buying the things to less or too much money. As I suggested, redo your menu, stop making it so beautiful and add the necessary information such as how much each item cost. That's common sense!
We have been going to this McAlister's location for a couple of years now. The food is very good and we have never had a problem. Today we placed a phone pick up order and upon getting home, we discovered that we were missing 1 item, the club wrap. We called the store to see if we could get a refund or head back to the restaurant to pick up the item. After being on hold for about 10 minutes the employee told my wife that the manager would call us tomorrow. Not sure what good that would do as we were eating dinner that evening. My wife explained that we needed this resolved today not tomorrow. After this, the employee told my wife that the reason we could not go back to pick it up or get a refund was because another employee was sure he put the item in the bag. So at this point the employees were accusing us the customer of lying to get an extra 10 dollars or drive back to the restaurant to get a free club wrap. We have never had such a bad customer service experience at any of the McAlister's locations we have visited. We will not be going back here. If you have a pick up order, make sure you check it before you leave as you may be accused of lying about a missing item and have to experience the same thing we did.

OverallLocated off I-10 with easy accessibility for travelers passing through. The location has a clean restaurant, friendly staff, and great food. If you have a trailer, it shouldn’t be too difficult to park, since this location has plenty of parking spaces. Additionally, I think it’s important to mention that there’s no drive thru window. However, if you call ahead of time, they will walk out and hand you your food. Just ask where to park!Parking: This location has plenty of parking, but there’s no shade for your vehicle.
