Customer service is nice and friendly and help you if you get confused on what to order.I do wish they carried more board games and maybe something more exciting then just Kpop. But I get it. Parking is difficult in this area but it’s not the stores fault at all.
The vibe and drinks here are cool, but the service totally sucks. Every time I come, they mess up orders. Last time I went with my friend, they told me after 10 minutes that they're out of coconut for my drink, and there were only two other people there. Then they gave my friend some random red bean drink when she asked for a matcha drink. Someone else got served a waffle with nuts, which could've been dangerous 'cause they're allergic. It's a mess.

Very slow day since it was a weekday when we got here so we had a lot of time to figure out what we wanted. I was definitely overwhelmed with how much they have on the menu! I ended going with the Coco Mochi Sago drink. It was a really rich drink since it has coconut milk and the mochi made it super thick. I will say it was tasty and refreshing but it's not a regular milk tea type drink but like a drinkable dessert. Next time I would like to try their dessert bowls.

Pros. A good variety of snacks and drinks The waitress knows the menu very well. Knows what to suggest to customers. Waffles are good not overly sweet. Cons. No forks nor chopsticks, only soup spoons. Kids came in and made so much noise I wanted to leave. Me and my friend ordered two drinks, mung bean cake and a matcha red bean waffle. The waffle was just right and freshly made, I feel like it didn't need any add ons like drips or ice cream perfectly fine alone. The cashier knows what to suggest. Only problem I had was no utensils to eat cake and waffles. I'm assuming I just use my hands?

I had something called grass jelly. It was unusual at first but it slowly grew on me. I didn't care much for those bean type things though because they have a weird aftertaste.
This place changed owner and I ordered from Grubhub today. When I drove all the way to their store they told me they don’t have Grubhub anymore and they changed their owner. Now I have to deal with Grubhub to cancel this order myself. Even though it said my order is ready to pick up. *updated review: someone call me said they are a third party to delivery for meet fresh. And they want me to pick up my order in some other locations. So sketchy! I canceled my order.

I would never go back to this place!! The service was horrible and immature! There was this girl working there and I guess her friend walked in and she completely stopped making my order and when I received my order it was all melted and cold! NEVER AGAIN!

This place must have changed owner. Dishes no longer taste the same. We ordered icy grass jelly signature with added melon jelly. All the toppings were very diluted and flavorless. Very little grass jelly shaved ice in the bowl. They are cutting corners everywhere. I had to ask for creamer and it’s not the same concentrated creamer( I got coffee mate). Disposable spoons are no longer offered for dine-in. Kitchen towels are used as napkins. All going down hill ?
