I love coming here for sushi. You can get a full meal without paying too much. One thing I especially love is their house salad. Staff is very nice. I think more people should know about this place.

Lunch price for 2 rolls went up but the size of each sushi portion is smaller with less fish in them. Not worth the price when i can go down mason rd for bigger portions and same or less price. Not coming back.

I usually come in for lunch. It's never crowded and you get your meal quickly. They have a great sushi lunch for $12. I always add chop scallop sushi a little spicy. Delish! They have a roll wrapped in cucumber instead of rice. I'll be trying that next time. Someone in my party last time had it and loved it.

I have ordered so many different things here and have never been disappointed. Great food and great staff. Definitely worth the price aswell. Very Large portions relative to price. I would recommend at least trying this spot out.

It's OK nothing special. Probably a bit overpriced for the taste of the sushi. Tea isn't very flavorful.

Nagoya is usually a great place to dine but tonight was not a pleasant experience. Our waiter was in a horrible mood that made us very uncomfortable and couldn't enjoy our dinner.

This place was really good!! I recommend the Easter, lion, cowboy, and pink lady rolls they were the bomb!! So fresh and the sauces were so good

Had a nice ladies lunch, party of 3. The sushi was fresh and the selection was abundant!. They have plenty of choices for the non-sushi eaters to. The four stars is because the service was a bit slow but not sure that is under their control with all the post Covid labor shortage. Also, the wine selection is limited and while the place is clean, the setting is very simple.

The food and service was excellent! We came during lunch just before the lunch rush started. Everything came out quickly. The waitress was on top of it! The food did not disappoint! We will be back!

The sushi at Nagoya Shushi is the best in the Houston area. Whether your there with a group or alone sitting at the bar like I was the staff are very welcoming. Highly recommend the Sushi Combo B if you want a good variety.

around 7 years ago , before I discover this place already have stop in a few places around Katy , but none as good as Nagoya , it was a busy japanese restaurant, almost every day you will find this place half full at least ,with the exception over the weekends real busy , every one knows the best place to be at a sushi place it's of course the sushi bar ,( unless you have a family or friends gathering or a romantic dinner or just want to be discreet and have a little more privacy, but in weekends the sushi bar that was a thigh spot always pack ( I'd have to call to reserve a chair or 2 , just to make sure I will be able to sit there around the time I arrived , good times was all ways there !!)fresh and good quality fish , with great food and sushi almost everything you wish to find in a sushi bar , you be able to find it here ( UNI, LIVE UNI , BLUE FIN , LIVE CLAM , ANAGO, FAT TUNA , ETC ) and a selection of great specials! Plus drinks in the company of most REGULARS PATRONS and friends , who by the way they don't mind to spend money , because they knew they were going to have a great time !! Ohh the good times all gone by the way !!!..with Jason ( first ) disappearing from the restaurant and then Rudy gone , one of the most CHARISMATIC sushi chef I'd have ever meet ( Rudy ) he always make sure everybody laughs with his jokes plus he was very funny , always greeting customers , very GOOD preparing you anything !! ( from the menu ,his creation , or yours )Always with a smile and happy to make you feel like home !! ( no wonder why he always have his sushi bar full , that was the spot of the place ) because around the time you were ready to leave, you already making plans to come back soon , I knew customers who will stop 3-4 times a week , including my self. ( that said a lot about the sushi chef )but and general this restaurant was very busy with tables full of customers enjoying the food and having a great time, good service , courteous hostess and staff , plus 3 sushi chefs in the bar in weekends ( so my question to the owners ... WHAT HAPPEN. ??) this place UNFORTUNATELY looks like a GHOST compare to 7 years ago !!! Even before the pandemic start this place was in a spiral, bleeding out , mediocre service , no happy hour , no real specials , lack of staff(no hostesse and only ONE waitress maybe two in weekends,)Now you walk-in and you only hear someone saying,SIT WHEREVER YOU WANT ( NO UNI , NO BLUE FIN ,NO FAT TUNA , NO ANYTHING !!!all the good stuff GONE ) ,, almost 95% of all loyal customers completely GONE ! ( included my self ) some times i do stop by , even in weekends the parking lot of this strip center could be totally full , hard to find a parking space even in the back , because it had a bunch of restaurant here , a poker place & pool place , and guess what !!?? NAGOYA completely EMPTY !!!!!!and if they are lucky Maybe one or two tables inside with people , and one or two people siting in the sushi bar in a Friday or Saturday night ( most of the time ) UNBELIEVABLE !!!! NO WI-FI !! Not even satellite channels anymore !!! Now you only have 2 local channels to chose ! REALLY !!!.. this place it's a total JOKE !!! It seems to me that the owners ( and I personally meet the owners before very nice Asian senior couple from China ! we the regulars knew them by mama & papa ) don't really care about this place anymore, by the way I haven't seen for quite a while , I also know that there daughter who lives out of state , it's the one who managed this place !! And my question it's how can you manage a restaurant if you not even live here? I still stop by if I'm tired or just don't want to drive somewhere else , from coming over here 2-4 days a week , now maybe once a month , but the last time I'd was here was 4 months ago knowing that it's limited what I like here like ( salmon, tuna , octopus, eel , ikura, ) plus appetizers since I like real sushi , , but the positive side for Nagoya at this moment , it's they have a good sushi chef who goes

Can't believe I've never been here before. The service is excellent and the food is even better than that. Great fried rice, to die for tempura and the eel sushi was the best I've ever had!

Excellent service and great service! We were in town for a sports tournament and stopped in for dinner. The portion sizes were quite big and we shared several plates. We highly recommend!
