First time visiting Nando's after religiously using their spicy Mayo on all of our sandwiches at home. As a heads up, the only ways to order are scanning the QR code at table, ordering and paying all in one go or going up to counter and ordering personally with the staff. Many of their accompaniments like water/drinks are self serve. During our visit, we ordered the full chicken platter in the hot flavor. This peri peri style of chicken in the hot flavor was perfectly tender, juicy and tasty. No complaints. Ranking the sides from best to worst would be the mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and then lastly the peas. Not saying the peas were not tasty, just a different take on peas. With how flavorful the chicken is, I don't see a point of using their sauces. Overall, meal was great and we will be back in the future.

I had the Nandos salad and it was wonderful! My husband had the wings and loved his as well. Next time we will probably get the chicken only as it was so moist and flavorful. The wait staff was really attentive and our waitress was so sweet. The GM even made a few stops by to see how everything was.

I'm very disappointed with this place it wasn't the experience that I imagined. You basically do everything yourself and you will be automatically charged a service fee. You have to do a line for everything, food was ok but for a grill chicken I think there are better places with better service, and better price!!! Never coming back.I didn't like the place, it wasn't the experience I wanted. You do everything yourself, they don't have table service, you have to wait in line at the entrance (30+ minutes of waiting), the app to scan the code at the table doesn't work so you have to go to the checkout (wait in another line) and Order yourself, they automatically charge tip which doesn't bother me if they offer good service. I think there are other restaurants in the area with better food, better service and better prices! In conclusion I'm not coming back!

Just had a nice dinner with my family of 4. Tip was optional. Food was delicious, dessert Nauty Natas was superb. Service was exceptional- host was super nice, cashier was very understanding even when we cancelled and changed the order, waiters were attentive. It was a bit crowded for Thursday, but everything was clean and new and nicely decored. We are definitely going back for dining and take out.

I ordered a chicken pita which tasted like a mix of salad and rotisserie chicken, too salty and tangy. The pita bread was awful. Ordered a take home chicken wings box. They tasted really bad. Pretty disappointed with the food.

We love Nando’s! The atmosphere is a huge component to the experience. I’ve had this salad both times and it’s so good. The second time there was a bit too much dressing and the chicken skin was too squishy for me personally but nothing to complain about as I’m very picky.My son (almost 2) has had fries, mac and cheese, grilled cheese, and chicken breast- all totally delicious. My husband gets three thighs and has tried rice, fries, and cauliflower. We have loved all of the food we’ve had so far.Kid-friendliness: They have a paper to color that includes the menu and comes with three crayons- the best kind shaped like hexagons for easy gripping. We use the high chairs and I believe I saw booster seats too but that’s not confirmed. There are tons of great food options for kids.
