The food is definitely terrible.. greasy.. flavorless!!! What a disappointment! I had already tried it in other countries and I was really excited to finally try it in the United States but it was a bad choice… none of the dishes were good! ??????????I definitely couldn't eat and I didn't want to take bad food home!
Came on at 9:36pm and Waitress with the red hair greets us by pushing us to get food to go then made an unnecessary comment about them wanting to get out of there when we ask to dine in.

Not bad for a night out with friends, or a lone lunch or dinner. The steak and ribs are not bad but also not the best. I forgot to say no to the sauce on the ribs as I like to try the ribs with the seasoning, not sauce flavor, the ribs were cooked to fall of the bones, not bad, seasoning a bit blend, I imagine to have the sauce give the intnded flavor; I asked my steak medium well, but it came well done, so a bit hard because of that. I liked the atmosphere, the please is neat and enjoyable, and the service was very good.

Des was so friendly and very knowledgeable. All his recommendations were on point. He was funny and down to earth, I definitely ended up eating more calories than I could afford. Food was fresh and hot, the rum punch was a terrific choice.
