It’s panda you know what you get when you’re there. Everyone working there is pretty nice in my experience, went there and the worker asked if I wanted to wait to get the fresh dish or get what’s left. I thought it was nice for him to ask. On another occasion closer to closing time they gave me extra food so it doesn’t go to waste which I appreciated.

Normally I don't let wrong orders bother me, but today in particular I had to let some stress out.For some reason, the drive-thru line was very slow today. I'm talking 10-15 minutes of waiting to order. I ordered a plate (2 entrees + side). I instead got a bowl (1 entree + side) of someone else's order.This is partly my fault, as I didn't check my food until I got home. Nonetheless, not coming back to this Panda Express.

I got take out recently and the food was horrible. The Chow Mein was dry and tasted gross, and the Crab Rangoons tasted nasty like it was spoiled. The only redeemable thing was that the Orange Chicken tasted decent and the service was good. Other than that I will not be back.

This is my first time eating at this specific panda location and I honestly enjoyed my visit.I'll start with customer service------------------------------I was given a short greeting with a complete lack of emotion and a refusal to smile. I was not given any attitude, it just was not a pleasant interaction. On the other hand, the manager and cashier were extremely pleasant and had nothing but seemingly genuine smiles.Food quality-------------I got a plate with half and half chow mein and fried rice. My entrees were Beijing beef and sweet fire chicken. I was surprised at how fresh and tasty everything was. Definitely five star food quality. I am impressed.Atmosphere------------Dislocation was extremely clean, and smelled great!

So I always eat here never had a problem until today. My mom ordered a bowl with one topping and brought it to me at my job. Whole order was wrong and charged her more. I decided to call them and they told us to bring the food back. They remade it and refunded my mom the extra toppings they charged her. Which she should’ve got it for free because now you wasted our time bc it was your fault. She saves the food for me when I get back from work bc I wasn’t able to eat the wrong order they gave me and boom… A LARGE PIECE OF HAIR IS stuck in the chicken. Gross! Threw it right away. Do better !!

Today the chicken egg rolls tasted bad, like if they had been sitting out all day. I freak out if food has been sitting longer than 4 hours and these egg rolls were definitely not fresh at all. Disappointed.
