Have been looking for a nice place to sit down and get some work done that’s reminiscent of the old Starbucks vibe rather than a more modern corporate one. If you’re a big coffee drinker like me, do get the unlimited sips subscription which lets you essentially drink any drink on the menu and get free refills as many times as you want. Great for caffeine addicts. Also quite quiet and clean. Really cool

Second time in a row missing items in my order. I realized once I was home and called to request a refund for the missing item but Manager "had just left for the entire day" and they could just offer me to deliver the item but I had to go back...

Either the cheese or meat was metallic tasting and the workers looked like they were out of it mentally. They got my order wrong (put no veggies on it). All the ingredients were thrown on and there wasn’t enough of anything. I’m having food poisoning as I’m writing this.

Had a really bad experience at this location. I was yelled at by a manager when I had a question about my order, they then printed a refund receipt instead of having a conversation or correcting the issue but despite the 'refund' I was still charged for the meal I couldn't eat. I was so embarrassed and the kitchen crew was just laughing at me. I'm not sure why this behavior is acceptable by this company.

We did hearing an employee yelling at another employee. That is just an odd experience. 1. No employee wants to be yelled at. 2. The customers should never hear it.

Not so tidy, loud and service isnt up to the mark.
I went here before work to grab me a bite and an ice coffee. I was not greeted or acknowledged upon walking in. I ordered a bagel that was cold as ice and was not cut in half (I discovered this once leaving). I asked one of the rude workers there where can I get ice coffee she looked at me and walked away with an attitude never answering my question. The employees were just walking around, using profanity, and talking about other people. I know my money won’t affect their sales but I’ll never return here. The people they have in there now aren’t good for the business.

I really have come to strongly dislike this location... Most of the staff isn't personable or welcoming at all. Asking for something from anyone there is horrible because they act like we're inconveniencing them. Not interested at all in returning. I'd rather travel to another one.
