For those of you who don't know, they merged with Yan Tea sometime in 2020. They kept their menu and location, but the sign is now Yan Tea with a little dog symbol. Same good food and drinks though.

I love all the onigiri selections. My favorite is the spam and tuna with mayo. My husband loves the beef with teriyaki. All the teas are good and I love being able to select the sweetness of the drinks. I tried the green tea tiramisu so good. You have to try!!! And they have a rewards card.

Inexpensive and one of my fave boba shops they have so many flavors and I will be happy to be a returning customer

The tea was meh, it was quite bland and the sugar level was lower than I expected. Wouldn't go here for the tea with so many other options around, however I did also get their spicy popcorn chicken and thankfully it was way more flavorful. There was decent. Amount of basil and had a nice crispy taste. Overall wouldn't go for the tea but would get the spicy popcorn chicken

We found this place by accident when we came in from out of town. This is one of the best boba tea places I have been to, and my family has been to many. Wish we lived here so we could get this more often. The strawberry milk slush was super creamy. The mango slush was fantastic, and the taro milk slush was super good. The place is also super clean. Whatever they are doing, keep it up.

I love the creme brulee milk tea here. I tried this drink on two different occasions and the first time was a lot better than the second time I got this drink. Hoping for more consistency on the drinks if I plan on frequenting this place more often. The thing that puts this place on top is that they serve onigiri here. I tried ordering some and eating it the next day since I was full and it wasn't good anymore so you definitely have to eat this fresh.

Breath of fresh air. Love their boba because it simply is not overly sweet like some of the others. Although not perfect, their drinks are solid and the place is spacious. Can play a little board game or even study at this spot. I loved the guava green tea and the creme brulee milk tea. You heard that right creme brulee! Was actually better than I expected. Give em a try!

If you're a boba/milk tea enthusiast you will appreciate PannTea. I've tried boba at several spots in the new Chinatown in Katy and I have to say PannTea is my current to-go spot for my lunch breaks (I work in the hospital 3 min away). Favorite drink here so far is the black milk tea with cheese foam and boba - sweet and simple but not overbearing. You can also adjust your sweetness level if you don't want it too sugary but I've tried this at 80-100% and honestly even at full sweetness it is not overbearing plus the cheese foam adds this perfect flavor that balances the sweetness anyway. Another favorite is the iced coffee - it is strong yet tasty and does exactly what it's supposed to do - wake you up. You can also adjust the sweetness level for the coffee. Aside from drinks I've also tried snacks - so if you come in with cravings I'd recommend the pork buns with spicy mayo or the spicy popcorn chicken! I believe the nuggets were about $4 (super cheap) and the pork buns around $6 which come with two. The spicy popcorn chicken wasn't really spicy- at least for someone like me that likes to cry when I eat crawfish but the flavor of them is delish nonetheless. Pork buns were very tasty as well - the pork was perfectly fried and overall quite filling actually. I'm hoping when word gets out of this place and it becomes busier that the service is still fast *fingers crossed*

This place does not get enough credit for their spicy popcorn chicken. It so crunchy, soft, and flavorful. I'm very particular about my popcorn chicken and this is my favorite so far. They always provide such great service and great promos.

My new favorite tea place in Houston. I'm a fan of their green milk tea with cheese foam. The thing I like is the cup that the tea come in, it has a lid that you can both sip and drink with a straw. What I do is blend by shaking to get some of the milk cheese foam mixed in. Afterward, I drink it through the supply side when I want a strong cheese foam and the drink the rest of the time through the straw. I drop by everytime I'm near by, it good. Oh also I like that I can adjust the sweetness and the tea itself is not too sweet. The boba is good but not as soft as some other, but I rather have it like this then way too sweet.

Very reasonable prices I had bbq beef on rice and fiancé had tempura shrimp udon. I tried the tempura and it was nice as was my dish. I liked that the tempura shrimp was provided on the side so it did not get soggy in the soup. The staff was friendly the little that we interacted with them to order and when we left.
