Ordered a large pizza with cheese crust but the pizza was very very very thin. Not even 1/10th of an inch. You could probably see through the dough if there wasn’t sauce on it. Never ordering papa johns again.

Worst order online I’ve got in a Pizza place. I arrived there and told me the pizza is coming out of oven then my order was lost after 45 mins they found and it’s cold and gave to me. Worst part is the manager doesn’t know to tell me when I confronted him. Bad service!

Ordered from the store three times and they had my order wrong every time. First two times was delivery so the third time I went to pick it up and still wrong. All I wanted was extra cheese that’s all and they got it wrong every single time.

Nasty as hell! I just ordered pizza from this location about an hour ago. My pizza was delivered in a timely manner, but was not good at all. I ordered one pizza with pineapple and jalapeños and it was very undercooked. The pizza still Taste like dough. I’m not understanding how they can serve food to anyone like that and expect for them to eat it. An not to mention I ordered 4 pizza to feed my family and we could hardly eat it. This store needs be ashamed of themselves. I will NEVER order from this location again!

The pizza is either fantastic or it's meh. Not consistent enough. The staff are very warm and welcoming, but I don't think it's appropriate to call customers "darling" which one employee does.
