I think it's closed now this was my fav place in Katy. I mean fav! They have the best food!! I've been calling for 2 weeks now and there is no answer and door had a closed today sign yesterday.

If i'm ever craving sichuan and don't want to cook for the day, I order their amazing pepper twins chicken, which is the only dish I feel has consistent quality and flavor. Docked 2 stars for the high prices on all their dishes and also for the time they mixed up our order and gave away all of our food worth $70 to a door dash guy after we had already paid for it over the phone. Seems like they don't verify names or dishes before they give them away. Customer service isn't the greatest here.

Loved everything we ordered but especially the Orange Beef and General Tso Chicken! So much food. Much pricier than your traditional Chinese takeout, but was so much better quality - not greasy and felt great after eating it!

My first time visiting Pepper Twins. I ordered Beef Lo Mein, Chicken Fried Rice, and General Tso Chicken. The food was OLD. That's a huge problem for me. I paid for fresh food, not old food. I will not be visiting again. I had a flight back to NYC, so I wasn't able to call back to complain. Horrible 1st time visit.

The best orange beef I've ever had! Served up with fresh orange slices, and I even found tiny pieces of fresh ginger. The beef was tender and perfectly seasoned. The chicken-pineapple fried rice was also flavorful and packed with chicken pieces. Yes, the prices are higher than many Chinese restaurants, but the payoff is in fresh ingredients and superb taste.

I love the Pepper Twins Downtown so I was pleased to see them in Katy too. The quality of food has not changed despite location. Hot Diving Fish, Garlic Cucumber, Salt & Peppered Shrimp, White/Fried Rice are my staples. Amazing to say the least. The quality of the ingredients is matched by the quality of the spices and skill to cook. Seafood is fickle and they do cook is amazingly. None of this rubbery junk you get from other places.
We definitely enjoyed the pickled fish and the spicy chicken. The food is great and if you want face numbing food, this is the place to go. However, the prices are a bit high, You could probably find a place that is a dollar or 2 cheaper per dish. Also I think that the service is great, but the prices are a bit much for the type of food that it is.

We went on a Saturday in the afternoon after it opened again at 4:30 pm. We tried 3 dishes: Sesame chicken, Twin pepper steak and Twin pepper chicken. The food was alright in the sense that I didn’t experience the Sichuan’s kick of peppercorn but it wasn’t americanized Chinese food either. Steak was the best out of the three dishes. I had to request the hot oil peppers to add to the Twin pepper chicken to get the spicy kick. The service was alright too. The plates are each $15 but two people can comfortably eat the quantity in each plate. Cheers!

I really hope that this place gets a couple of flat screen TVs soon. The food is delicious and I really want this place to make it. I got my food to go and there were a few tables occupied. The ombi Jones in there was stale so it won't ever be buzzing unless they add a couple TVs. They need to look into Roku and ChiveTV. Every restaurant should have ChiveTV playing. It can be muted to allow the music to be heard. This would be a massive improvement to ambiance at very low cost.
