This is such a gem of a restaurant in Katy! The food is always top quality and flavorful. They can kindly accommodate a few dishes to be gluten free! The pho broth is one of the best - it’s rich and complex.They also have amazing drinks. I tried the Vietnamese coffee and it was perfect. Highly recommend!My husband raved about the mango sriracha wing appetizer! He said they were perfectly crispy but not greasy.I enjoy the casual vibe of the place and it’s very clean.

I do like this place a lot, food is great, owner is really sweet, but they need a water filtration system bad. Ice and water taste strongly of chlorine, ruins the drinks. I hope they aren’t using tap water.

Best Vietnamese in Katy!! My favorites are the Beef Pho, chicken spring rolls and pork dumplings. Chef Bihn is so nice and puts a lot of heart to his dishes. The food is so fresh and very balanced.
Ordered $40 of pho. Received 1 packet of hoisin and 1 packet of sriracha for the bowls of pho. Presumably to split the packet equally between bowls like we are in soviet Russia on rations during the winter war.Would probably never order to go or delivery from here again. The pho itself is okay, nothing out of this world but it’s not bad either. The lady on the phone offered to have some sauce packets dropped to my house but idk if I wanna give them my address etc.Just double check your bags for peripherals so you don’t get home and have one sauce packet for multiple bowls of pho to share lolEdit:Thanks for your response Binh. When I order at other restaurants, they normally give sauce for each item; sounds logical right? I can post the Uber receipt showing $40 bill, not that it matters as you said, the $ amount does not matter.In regards to the address thing, yes, I am okay with an uber contracted driver delivering food, but based off your response you seem angry, and I do not want someone who is angry to have my home address. I will protect myself if necessary but would rather not have to do that.I wont be ordering from you folks again, dont worry. I prefer places that serve the appropriate condiments and whatnot with their pho, of which there are plenty in Houston.Sorry you did not appreciate the joke about Russia, coupled with honest feedback on my experience with your restaurant and your substandard service!

This is my favorite pho spot in Katy! The chef always cooks fresh pho and the bone marrow is a must try! Although, it comes as an appetizer, we enjoy pouring it into the pho.
Did not give me my egg roll. Tool 20 minutes to get my food with no one in the place.

I suppose I had bad luck this evening given how good the reviews are here. I've been eating bahn mi sandwiches in all of the greater Houston area for nearly 20 years now and this was among the worst iv'e tried, and priced in the mid-higher range too. The sandwich was cold, and bland, the amount of pork was so minimal that I had open it to check that there was actually meat inside, and about 1/3 of this was chunks of fat and skin....I wish I had taken a photo...it looked nothing like the pics on the menu or the online reviews. Every bite was mostly a mouthful of dry, air-y "bolillo" style bread. $7.25 for the saddest banh mi i've eaten, in Houston. How I miss the days when Les Givrals in midtown was still open, those sandwiches were substantial and epic. I guess the better thing to do would have been to let the managers know, but i'll consider editing this review if the owners acknowledge this and tell me that my sandwich was not made to good standard. The purchase took place on 1/27/2024 at 6:29 PM.
