I hate to leave a bad review but this pizza experience was terrible, this pizza was cold and tasted dried out.. it barely had any flavor.. it was cold and stale when i got it. I even tried reheating it. The crust was charred and bitter on the bottom. Im so disappointed, this pizza tasted gross. I will not be ordering from here again.. I had higher expectations. This is worse than what I expect pizza from a gas station to taste!! I tried to save it with red crushed pepper but it’s just so gross and I’m not a picky eater at all!! What’s the problem?? This location is in my neighborhood - suppose to be decent!Im going to have to throw it out because the charred and bitter black crust on the bottom. NEVER AGAIN will I order Pizza Fino, this was my first time and last time.Also the chicken tasted very old on the pizza and not fresh but expired.

Okay, I have been going to the Wilcrest location for years, love the Supreme pizza, with cucumber and marinara sauce on the side. Today I ordered the Philly cheese hero and a small cheese garlic pizza. Wow, I will be trying other places now because...... The bread wasn't toasted, and way, way, way too much bread and not enough sauce and meat and cheese! The pizza was what I wanted small, thin crusted, but WHERE WAS THE CHEESE??????? I am so angry, I won't be back man,

Taste like plastic, like one of the other reviews mentioned, it seemed like the dough wasn't cooked. Very small crammed place also. Ambiance is terrible. The owner is very rude. Took one step in and walked right out. He acts like his customers owe him for keeping him in business. Shouldn't it be the other way around?I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

It is interesting to see how different in philosophy may be two restaurants even if they are from the same franchise while the wilcrest location is like your favorite little italian restaurant where you can have a table if you want and enjoy your delicious pizzas this location is mostly for pick up a la Dominos or Pizza hut. But as different they may be, they are equal in one key feature: the the great flavour, quality and crusty texture of their marvellous pizzas that my friends that's all that matters. With attentive employees, excellent prices, their webpage is easy to use and you pay securely with Google pay but above all, my son loves their pizzas, my wife and I too pretty simple, a good restaurant is defined by its great food. This is the second Pizza Fino I visit and they overpassed my expectations again. Now I can say I can recommend them 100% no matter the location you go. If you want great pizza time with your family this is the place for you. You just need to see the happy face of my family enjoying these delicious pizzas.
UPDATE:1st review 6 years ago...now 6 years later!Continues to be the best pizza ever and the gyros are still out of this world!This store/location is a well oiled machine, runs very smoothly. It's a great value. Though their delivery radius is quite small only for grand lakes and west Cinco mostly. This place used a moderately thin crust from the start so try not to pile on too many toppings. Fast snd friendly service easy to get stuff in HEB and walk out with a pizza ready
