We ordered pizza for carry out for a specific time, and arrived around 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. They stated that they were running a little behind which we understood since sometimes that happens so we waited, and waited, and waited... several people who came in after us received their order before us, we waited 30 minutes, and even asked for an update on our pizza, only to find out it was never made, so we had to wait an additional 10 minutes... Props to the cashier as they were kind, but it's still frustrating that we had to wait almost 40 minutes for a carry out that was scheduled...On top of that, we ordered a super supreme pizza that was supposed to have all the meats but when we got home, it only had pepperoni and pizza... it was missing ham, beef, pork, toppings that we paid for... understandably our fault for not checking but we were already 40 minutes behind and checking before leaving was the last thing on our minds.All in all, I would just go to a different pizza hut...

I came to Pizza Hut at 6:26 and they there customer service is so amazing. I’m so glad I got Betty and Abigail instead of anyone else. They were very helpful and me getting what I wanted today I will be for sure. Call me back and I hope you guys check it out

Order a pizza, they never let me know it was delivered. Didn't knock, or call to let me know they left it at my door. When I opened my front door, this was how my pizza was left. DO NOT... EVER.... ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! They are the worst!

What's the point of getting a build your own pizza if they just put what they want and not what you ask for?

I've been to this store exactly 3 times, ever. First time was fine. Second time, my wife didn't like her personal pan pizza and asked for it to be remade. They gave me a hard time, but did it. Third time, same thing, but this time the manager soent 5 minutes telling at me about "it's a waste of food," and "I can't make your wife's pizza special every time," and "This is becoming a problem," even though, again, I had only ever been here 3 times ever, including that time (all in the last week or two), and had only complained twice. And I get that, but it was not acceptable to go off yelling at me like that. I'm an adult man, not a small child you're reprimanding, and as a pre-k teacher, I wouldn't even treat a small child or a dog the way I was treated. Mind you, I did not raise my voice or say anything rude to them, just "my wife doesn't like how her pizza turned out, can I get a redo?" I barely said a thing and got yelled at like a naughty child. I know plenty of people who would have snapped right back at that treatment, so it's a good thing I'm a decent, respectful person. I just wish the manager were also respectful. I'm sure they'll be happy to hear that I do not intend to go back, ever, if they even care. By the way, the replacement pizza was old and cold, I think they just threw some extra toppings on the first pizza, put it in for 30 seconds, and handed it back; I live under a mile away from the store and it was already cold when I got home.

Absolute pitiful service from your Katy Texas location! They refuse to give me a credit, correct my order or even refund my money. I received my order 30 mins later, disgusting pizza, hard as a rock cinnamon rolls!!! The manager “Clifford Campbell” provided the worst service I have ever received. He has An I don’t care attitude along with his manager Michael Garcia.. I don’t believe they provided real names! They said this is a franchise! The service was terrible!!! I work hard for my money abs should quality food that I ordered!!!I hope this disgusting location shuts down!!!!5444 North Fry Road Katy Texas 77449!!!!! I called several times before told to file a dispute with my bank when I finally showed up in person!!!! All they had to do was correct the order!!! If you want great service and good food GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Do not PATRONIZE this establishment!!!!Probably has roaches!!!!!!

THE PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY ARE SUPER STINGY WITH CHEESE AND I DONT KNOW WHY WHEN YOU CHARGE $20 FOR SOME OLD DOUGH. RIDICULOUS! Stay away from this Pizza Hut. I already complained to corporate. I hope they get deflagged.

If you want to know how a CEO makes $5 million a year selling cold rubber tires for $25 a pop while calling it pizza, read this review.This was the worst pizza I have had in a very long time. I can't believe it cost $25. Delivery time kept being pushed back too. I will never order from Pizza Hut again and I really regret spending this money. Imagine having a giant pizza in your kitchen that is so bad you don't even want to eat it at all. That is me right now. Don't let it be you.Update: I tried to get a refund from the general manager because this was just disgusting. Would not listen to me, told me he would not refund my money and told me to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back. I told him that is for fraudulent charges, not for bad products and services - my horrible dinner is something Pizza Hut should make up for, not MasterCard.That refund policy combined with the horrible food makes Pizza Hut look like it's become a borderline scam. But the CEO is rich, so we customers can sleep tight tonight knowing that capitalism has worked like a charm once again - America's richest and greediest are uplifted and enriched with more money they don't need, and we are still hungry after we paid them!
