Horrible experience, wasn't greeted and didn't even listen to what I asked for. I wanted one brown rice burrito and one white rice burrito and ended up with 2 white rice! they barely put any rice which in the end made the burrito hard to wrap they had to remake one of them and the other had to be double wrapped in seaweed. didn't even ask me if i wanted light, medium, or heavy on the sauce so one burrito is all sauce! Worst experience, they were all over the place and didn't even ask if i wanted crunch, which i did! They almost started to close it up without me having finished saying what i wanted! Will not be going there anymore! ZERO STARS!!

I was more of a spicy lady so victoria recommened this green sauce which was a perfect match The vibrant flavors and friendly atmosphere make it a go-to spot for a delicious and satisfying meal. The PokeBowl I ordered had uncooked rice in it, I was told to re-order, which I did, and again the rice was under- and some of it not cooked, when I called they said looking at their rice it was cooked fine and maybe my rice just dried out on the way to my house; really?? Rice does not un-cook! I have ordered here many times and it has always been great and I have never had rice that was un-cooked, hope I get my money back, not sure if I’ll give them a 3rd chance
