Our visit was great as usual. The waitress was very friendly and helpful despite being busy. The food was delicious as always. A lot of restaurants have dropped stars due to Covid, but Pollo Bravo is still 5 stars!
Food is good. The only problem i ever had was I placed an online order for pick up. Went to go get it, waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes. It then got cancelled and refunded to me because the restaraunt never accepted the order. They were open too.

Their white rice is beyond amazing. It's fluffy and fragrances with great flavor. The chicken was juicy and tender and... the fries were great too.But...the only down side is, each time that I went which it has been about 3 times in all. I asked for lemons but instead was given a whole cold lime. I wish that they would have took the time to clean and slice the lime.
