Guy behind the counter was a complete tool. I think he was the owner, too, which makes it even worse. It's funny when people who are obvious steroid users try to trick the general public into believing that smoothies and bcaas will make them look like the gym rats who operate these stores. Smoothie was poorly made. Flavor was ok, but for the price, I expected it to be less icy and a bit better quality. Shelves were bare, too.

I always go here for all of my supplement needs and protein drinks, and they DO NOT DISAPPOINT! They always have the tastiest snacks and have tons of options to choose from! If you are headed to the gym or anything and need a quick drink they have a ton on ice ready to go for you to pick!

I love working out at Texans Fit and grabbing a smoothie afterwards from here. They're so good! I've gotten the strawberry shortcake and the Gone Bananas and both are delicious. The owner is super nice and I am glad I found my neighborhood smoothie spot. Would love to see it thrive. I highly recommend!

Excess ice in the smoothie, taste was just ok. The guy behind the counter seemed high, maybe that's why. Then charged me extra for an add on that I didn't ask for and wasn't added. Not impressed, imperial waste of money.

I visited this place yesterday for the first time , it was a Nice experience, the owner was there he was very professional and knowledgeable ,make me feel very welcome.I didn't know what to get because I don't like vegetables much ... but I didn't want much fruit either lol because of the sugar ,so he adjusted the (Green best ) For me and I LOVE IT !!!!! My son and daughter try it and they new right way I did not make it lol because they love it ! Very healthy! I will buy my supplements there from now on ! Please Support small business :)

Checked it out today, fantastic. Very nice and helpful on preworkout info and smoothie “5%” I believe was better than anything I’ve had since moving here (sorry SK). Go by!*also, FYI I too had issues in the past with it just not being open, apparently New Management over the summer so if you missed it once like I did give them another shot.

I was visiting this side of town for my mom's doctor appointment and I am so happy to have found the GEM. Like literally the best nutrition smoothie shop out here. The people who work there I wish I had their names were so helpful and friendly. Very kind, their recommendations were delicious!! I’ve been very ill for the past two week. I have not been able to keep food down. I went in and explained my issues. He was extremely understanding and knew exactly what I needed. He was very informative as well. The smoothie is so delicious and it doesn’t hurt my stomach. I’ll be back daily when I’m at work. Thank you so much

I was looking for a local smoothie place after a fitness class near by and I stumbled upon this place. The new guy who was on his 2nd day of work, made an awesome Tropical Breeze smoothie. The other guy working informed me of the milk and protein alternatives they offer like almond milk and plant based proteins! Thanks guys!
